I loved this place for the first week. We were here one month. The sites are really tight. Nosey neighbors spy on you. Many stray cats here that they don't want you to feed and they don't care about. Selective rules for selective people. It's not worth the stress. We were suppose to be here two months but couldn't take anymore so we left after one month. The people who work at Kelly's are all very nice. The RV park is more of a RV neighborhood. It was not a good fit for me as I was a transient. There is no cable, no streaming internet. The spaces are right on top of each other. While residents must like the park, for me it was a no frills experience. read more

we came down for the winter, had a great spot and hope to have the same one this winter,our neighbors were great and we have stayed in touch with a couple of them. We stayed here 2-nights the middle of June 2016. The friendly owners checked us in. Sites were about average width, long enough for our 37-foot RV and tow dolly and level with full hook ups. We paid $30.60 a night with our Good Sam discount. A number of permanent residents, and the grass seems that it could be cleared a little better, but all in all fairly well kept park. Laundry room was clean, but could use a fan. Wi-fi was decent, we don't use cable or satellite so can't comment. read more
