This last time I went in for a dip manicure, the guy was so rough while doing my nails. He asked if I wanted my cuticles trimmed which are usually included. He almost made me bleed he was digging so hard around my nail beds. I finally had to ask him to stop and that I had to to be done. Then when going to check out they charged me an extra $20 to cut my cuticles which I told the other guy at the register he wasn't clear that it was an extra charge. I had to pay the manicure dip price plus $20 extra....never ever going back again. I highly recommend you avoid this place and go somewhere else or off island. I gave them one too many chances.

The place is so calm and cozy, with a spacious couples room with beds that are quite comfy. I got the signature massage with Linda and he got the deep tissue with Rach. We both were so happy with both therapists' attention to problem areas and use of techniques that felt unique and different from the very generalist approach so many massages can take. We both get therapeutic massage frequently as part of physical therapy so we're picky -- and this was definitely quality.
