She did not or would not respond to multiple outreaches via email or telephone, for simple requests such as copy of receipts, what are the transportation arrangements, can we book additional rooms? Simple requests! She finally sent our transportation arrangements via email while we were on our flights headed to our destination. In my 20 plus years of traveling, I have never experienced such poor customer service. It's unfortunate that my experience wasn't as glowing as the other reviewer. But you live and learn. I will never use this travel agent again.

Carol was very knowledgeable about the different Carribbean islands, resorts, airports/airfare options, etc. In addition, she was very responsive to my questions and concerns, and always followed up with me very quickly. Carol researched different flight options/airports, dates, resorts, and islands, to ensure that I would get the best deal and a vacation that fit within my price range. This was my first time using a Travel Agent, and I would definitely recommend Voyager Travel to others who may be looking for assistance with booking a vacation. I can't wait for my Jamaican vacation in the next couple weeks! On a side note, before I went to Voyager Travel, I checked about Liberty Travel at Dulles Town Center. I do not recommend Liberty - the representative I worked with did not seem very interested in helping me and barely did any research. I was only given 2 different vacation options (even though I was highly flexible with location, dates, etc.), and when I requested some additional options, I was frankly told that I "would not like the other resorts." Compared to the service I received at Liberty, my experience at Voyager Travel was top-notch.
