It is beyond disgusting that someone like this would be allowed to work in this profession. A quick search will reveal what type of content is posted about the person you love. Someone like this should NOT be allowed near vulnerable people, including elderly, disabled and children! Please, please for the sake of your family ask for credentials, call legit references, look into former employers, etc. The care appears be to subpar to say the least. Making fun of a vulnerable individual is horrible.
