Look at their ratings, here on Yelp, Google, etc... It's all the same. 1-2 stars overall. They earned it! Every visit was a different nurse. They think it's acceptable to tell patients the time of their visit via phone call at 9pm the night before. We got one nurse that didn't know how to use the equipment, another who didn't bother to read the patients history and thus didn't seem to know why the patient was getting home care, and another that smelled like she just smoked a carton of Marlboros before coming into my home and leaving a stench that last for a half hour after she left. It was so bad even my dog was sneezing. A final note to baycare homecare.. Don't send me some stupid survey acting like you care. If You give a damn about your abomination of a service, speak to me. Leave a phone number of someone in charge. I'll call it.

She is professional, helps him feel comfortable, and is able to get him to follow instructions. She makes a consistent effort to feed, clean, and exercise with him, and includes both mental and physical activities. She is self‑motivated, hardworking, and needs only minimal guidance to meet our needs. She is truly an asset to BrightStar. Our other regular caregiver is Honesty, and we are very happy with her as well. She has worked hard to gain my dad's trust, which makes it much easier for her to help him. She is great with all aspects of the job: she cleans, cooks, does laundry, and communicates well. We've seen her improve over time, and both my wife, Kathleen Sloan, and I are very satisfied with her service. We hope to have her as a regular caregiver in the future.

I am reviews on my father's caregivers: Honesty Pugh works 1-2 shifts a week since Feb 2026. While she's young, she is very mature for her age and listens to feedback. She has gained the trust of my father. She has a special way about her that is calming. She's able to get him to walk and or sit outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. She has learned his "tells" so it makes it easier for her. She cleans his room, fills his drink tumblers and ensures he eats. She's never afraid to ask questions. Crystal Antonio-Vega is another caregiver working 2 shifts a week. She too started this past spring. She was amazing from the minute she walked in the door. She gets to work until its done. She is so conscientious and diligent with cleaning his room, laundry, having him exercise, and making sure he has good hygene. She also does an excellent job of keeping him engaged during the day so he will sleep better. Ayrianna Doughtry's demeanor is calm, pleasant, and caring. The last aide I had here filled my pill box for me and then I discovered she stole xanax. It took 2 weeks of my bp spiking and not sleeping some nights till i checked the pill box and the xanax was only med missing and I discovered she took like every other nights xanax. Not one of my other meds were wrong in the box. Now because of this company I have to deal with police and adult protective services. Sabastion lied to me multiple times. Now I am in process of getting private aide because I am afraid to deal with any agency now.
