We first had the opportunity of meeting Brenden and his wife back in October of last year. We were on our way here to Livingston after leaving Washington state. We decided to get off the interstate and get on one of the rural Farm to Market roads. I don't know if you're familiar, but an FM is generally two lanes (one lane each way), drainage ditches on either side and a canopy of trees rising up and over. If you remember back last year when the gulf coast got pummeled with all those hurricanes. Well...as we're tooling down the road, out of nowhere, we hit the tail end of one of those storms. The rain was literally coming down blowing from right to left. The canopy of trees was beating on my roof like a bunch of bongo drums. Not long after we started taking on water; almost had to call an abandon ship drill. We finally arrived at our RV site and immediately started looking for a repair guy and that's when we hooked up with Kelly's. They came out the next day and assessed the damage, took some pictures for the insurance company and covered the roof with a tarp (because more rain was in the forecast). Took a couple weeks to receive the replacement materials and then about a week to get it all installed. Thank god for insurance cause it picked up everything ($12,000) except the deductable. All in all I was very satisfied with the work Brenden and his crew did. They were all very friendly, respectful and professional. The same thing goes for Brenden's wife Catherine who manages the businesses office. She was awesome! We just arrived back in Livingston about a week ago. I hired Kelly RV Repair to replace my awning. We agreed on a price and my insurance sent them a check (October) for $2400. Months roll by I would call frequently to check on the status of when my awning was going to be replaced. The female business manager kept telling me that the company she ordered it was having problems getting it. June I called again asking about my awning. Same answer. I asked proof of the invoice. The Office Manager said "I don't have any right having the invoice". REALLY? I paid for it? The office manager called the Livingston Texas Sheriff stating that I was harassing her. She thought if she called the sheriffs office and make a case against me somehow she would not have to return the insurance check of $2400. The Livingston TX sheriff called me : I explained that I paid Kelly RV Mobile Service 10 months ago a $2400 check from the insurance company and won't show proof of invoice. He asked me to come to his office to press charges. He called Kelly RV (I was in the room when he called her) (she kept saying "I called you why are you not going after her? ). Duh! Insurance Fraud? The sheriff made her pay it back or will be pressing charges. Finally she returned the $2400 that Kelly RV Mobile Service was so reluctantly not going to do if the sheriff didn't help. It took 10 months I waited for the awning from Kelly RV Mobile Service who states could not get the part. When I ordered it from Lippert took 2 weeks. I am a low income veteran who served in the army and you made me pay a $150 deposit for the service that was never done and never returned the deposit. I would not recommend this company very dishonest. I always communicate through text and not by phone if anyone wants proof. read more

Around the beginning of the COVID-19 lockdown, I had an issue with the A/C in my travel trailer. I don't have a tow vehicle, and could not find a mobile service provider who could get to me any time soon. But Kelly's talked me through diagnosing the issue while on the phone with them. They sent me a link to the exact part on Amazon, needed to make the repair. And they said if I had any difficulty with the DiY installation/repair, I could call them for more help! I called them last Tuesday and explained our RV had been struck by lightning and was at our deer lease so we needed to arrange to meet someone that week as my husband was at the deer lease. The lady was friendly and said she would contact the tech to check his availability and call me back. No one called on Wednesday so I called Thursday morning, no answer and their mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. I called again Thursday afternoon, still no answer and their mailbox was full. It's been a week and still no call back. If they aren't reliable enough to return a phone call, I doubt they'd be reliable enough to repair our RV. Certainly won't be calling them again. Horrible customer service. read more
