The Chief's dispatch answered immediately. A very cordial and helpful young man named Jack came over promptly. Jack took care of everything from there! He loaded up my car on his truck bed. He delivered my vehicle to the dealership. He even handed the keys to the service desk, so that they could start the ticket to get my tire taken care. All of this while I stayed nice and warm in my house. I didn't have to do anything further! Chief's Towing, and Jack truly made my day, and saved me frostbite!!! All I asked for was a tow but luckily the driver had time to spare so he offered to swap out my recently deceased battery for a new one. I don't know if they normally do that or if it was just a slow day for them. But either way, I appreciated it. It saved me all the hassle (and time) of being towed to another body shop (not Peterson's) approved by my tow program, and coordinate the rental car since I was on a tight travel deadline for work and needed to be 200 miles north of my dead car by the end of the day. (And then having the rental car people pick me up, take me back 15 miles to their shop, and get all set up with a car. All that jazz.) Instead, they swapped out my battery for me and had me back on the road, with my own car and the money that I would have spent on a rental car, within about an hour. And every single person involved with Peterson's that I interacted with was very friendly, helpful, and were really concerned about making sure I was back on the road ASAP. Big thanks to these guys.
