The refrigerator alarm continues to sound every few seconds, day and night. This situation has become unacceptable. Given that one of the identical refrigerators purchased in the same order has already required replacement, that a technician was unable to repair this unit, that the replacement part has a minimum four-week wait, and that there is no certainty the part will resolve the issue, I am requesting that this refrigerator be replaced rather than repaired. We purchased five appliances through Trail Appliances and expected a much better experience than repeated defects and extended delays on two brand-new refrigerators.
