The refrigerator alarm continues to sound every few seconds, day and night. This situation has become unacceptable. Given that one of the identical refrigerators purchased in the same order has already required replacement, that a technician was unable to repair this unit, that the replacement part has a minimum four-week wait, and that there is no certainty the part will resolve the issue, I am requesting that this refrigerator be replaced rather than repaired. We purchased five appliances through Trail Appliances and expected a much better experience than repeated defects and extended delays on two brand-new refrigerators. Please let me know by return email what steps are being taken to replace this unit.

David showed me the models of dishwashers that would suit my needs and wishes. He went out of his way to ensure all my questions were answered and my decision was the best one for me. David Stott then went over the process for the installation and extended warranty. The value and service for my purchase from Trail Appliances is the reason I chose them. A very big thank you to David Stott. I can into the store stressed needing a new dishwasher and left with a big smile and confidence that I was well served.

The worst 'brand new' mattress ever. Called to complain after weeks of sleepless nights and had to take 10 photos of it and submit it to manufacturer to approve. It finally was, and when I went into The Brick in Kelowna to pick out a new mattress, was informed by sale person that the original one I bought is meant for a child, I'm in my sixties?! Its now been over 3 weeks and still no new mattress:( delivery has been delayed/postponed 3 times now and I'm fed up, as have stripped my bed three times expecting the delivery of new mattress and pick up of original one...the Brick has my money and I have nothing Worst customer service EVER!!

They do not listen to what you're actually looking for and make it exhausting to shop there. There will be one or two decent deals for most things, but a lot of their stuff is priced pretty high. Not a bad thing, but they don't offer anything any different/better to any other store, so I don't see much value in what this store sells. If you want to spend a lot, why not go to a store that had better style? The main problem at this store is their company culture. Not much you can do about that. With so much competition in this business, there's no advantage offered by this company.

    I wanted to provide feedback regarding my Ashley Furniture delivery experience today…read more The delivery team was polite and did cut the plastic packaging from the couch, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised to learn that the delivery service I selected did not include attaching the couch legs or placing the couch in a usable position. The couch was left on its side in the middle of my living room without the legs attached, and I was advised that I would need to install them myself. I was not aware prior to delivery that tools would be required or that the couch would arrive in a condition where it could not reasonably be used without assembly assistance. As a single person without the ability to move or lift a large couch independently, this created a very difficult situation. I also do not currently have the required tools to complete the assembly myself. I had previously ordered furniture from Ashley and did not experience this issue, so this was unexpected. My concern is less about the staff following policy and more about the lack of clarity regarding what the delivery service did and did not include. I think customers should be clearly advised beforehand if furniture will require assembly, tools are required, or the product may be left unusable without additional setup assistance. I also would have appreciated some effort to help resolve the situation after I raised these concerns with customer service, rather than simply being advised that I did not purchase the upgraded delivery option. I hope this feedback can help improve the customer experience moving forward.

She seemed lost through the purchase and listed the deliver address in the wrong city (outside kelowna), after 2 correction and our address being in the system from previous sales and a VIP membership. The manager "TT" was also distracted and no help to this moron. The delivery eventually came 3 days later by a private currier I had to pay myself. There are many more options for shopping that ths ashley in Kelowna.. avoid!!
