This was a very bad experience with customer service at the front desk once I had feedback. Do not recommend. Bad card stock, edges looked like a very poor cutting tool was used. And edges were bent. the woman at the front didn't focus on my issues and became defensive towards the fact that I was less than pleased with the product. Even if a client is upset about something, you should try to right it. Not argue with the client, instead focus on how you can do better. As a business, you will from time to time have feedback and hear that the product is just not up to par. They don't provide proofs except upon request (which was not communicated until after the job was done) so there's no way to know what you'll get until it's done. proofs aren't just for client to review before print begins, it's to protect your company do you don't lose money through printed product not purchased. Always request a proof if you're working with this company. But the cutting job was not good either. read more

Tyler was very communicative about my print request. He explained the details to ensure that the end product would be completely satisfactory. He was able to have the print items delivered in a timely manner. They are very professional. I would use them again. The billing department needs some training. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. read more

In business in Kelowna since 1977, Kelowna InstaPrint came under new management in 2007 and began to expand its in-house production. Full colour offset and digital printing, wide format, as well as sophisticated graphic design services and a full bindery are also available. In 2011 We will be introducing Web CRD technology to our customers. Kelowna InstaPrint is a Forest Stewardship Council Certified (FSC) printer.

These guys rock! If you need ANYTHING printed then Kelowna InstaPrint is the place to go. Even if you don't live in Kelowna they will ship it for you. Give them a shot at pricing your next project. I did and they wiped the floor with the competition in Calgary. Plus they are very easy to deal with. Thanks guys for jobs well done. read more
