Absolutely horrible place. They robbed me of my co pay and right for service. Requested a lung test because I knew something was wrong. Got results and phone call for immediate follow-up appt, 10 polyps most 8mm large. Next day they canceled said I'm goid come back in 4 mths. I was devastated. 4 mths came, I received calls, texts, emails and certifed letter begging me to come in. As if I would give them anymore money. 250.00 is a big deal to most Americans. Smh! If I die ftom lung cancer it will be their fault. Instructions to sue, if possible. One star was generous. read more

Terrible practice! I went in for back pain problem and somehow the doctor just looking at my old chart for neck problem and just talked to me for few minutes and not listening to my problem. Then told me to get an X-ray. They did neck Xray on me and I asked them why not the back? I came here for back problem. They said doctor only gave an order for neck! They made a mistake and the audacity to tell me to come back the next day and will charge me all over again for deductible plus Xray!! Suck!! read more

I received a call from Kelsey inquiring if I wanted to schedule a physical. I was so excited to get the call because I'd literally forgotten. The day of the appointment (today), as I'm checking in on my phone, I realized that it was scheduled in the wrong city which is quite far from where I live. This is clearly not what was discussed. I called to cancel the appointment and reschedule. The scheduler explained that there was an appointment the same day at the correct location. I was so excited. I get there 30 minutes in advance and as I was attempting to check in from my phone again,I realize that the appointment is the next day. What??? She clearly said today. I came here for a physical to check how my body is doing healthwise. I decided to go with Dr. Tracey Carter she and her MA was very helpful, personable, and I felt really heard for one of the first times at a doctors office. I told her so my health concerns and things like that and she made suggestions. Let me know what was normal & what was not. And she even took the time to explain to me how to use my medication's. Most physicians I've had let the pharmacist tell me when I pick them up. I usually wait until something bad happens to go to the doctor's office because I don't feel heard or I feel just like a number but here I actually feel like a valued patient. Though it's convenient, I do not recommend that you go there. been going there with the issue of diabetes. They keep prescribing the same medicine, metformin, and glipizide. And all I did was watch my A1c go up and up and up and up insulin. And that didn't work either. So I went to a particular doctor in Sugarland and in two weeks I had very positive results. ksc has recurring issue with short notice cancellations of appointments with limited advance notice. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, this practice can be challenging for patients who rely on timely access to care. Please do not waste your time at any Kelsey Seybold location! This is not specific to this location only. I have scheduled an OB/GYN appointment three different times, only to have it canceled by the doctor. This is after you have to schedule it three months out, and then call last minute to have you "reschedule ". I have been trying to get in since July (which I scheduled like in March/April 2024)! I sure hope that my issues aren't serious. This also happened with another specialty appointment-booked way out only to have it canceled by the doctor twice now. When I tried to reschedule, they could see me in March (three 1/2 months later! I used to be so happy with the care I had received. I am done and will no longer be rescheduling and waiting for months at a time for care. read more

Let's see.. where do I start? since we just finished breast cancer awareness month I think it's appropriate to post this. In February of this year I noticed a small lump in my left breast. I went to see my OB/GYN who sent me to get a mammogram and then I was told to follow up in six months. Fast forward to September of this year I followed up and got another mammogram and it was once again sent a letter that told me to just follow up in six months. The lump in February was about 2 cm. The lump in September had tripled in size and had grown to 6 cm with the additional symptoms of scaling and puckering. But according to Kelsey Seybold and their radiology staff this wasn't cause for alarm. Luckily I had the presence of mind to get a second opinion which I did at Solis mammography. I went in on a Monday, did a mammogram and an ultrasound and (and remember, Kelsey Seybold was also aware of yet did nothing but send me a letter that said "check back" with a follow up in 6 months) I was set up with the biopsy two days later on Wednesday. And by that Friday I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Further testing has revealed that I have stage III grade 3 breast cancer. The testing was all conducted within a span of 3 WEEKS. Kelsey Seybold had 6 MONTHS!! and if I had trusted my doctors at Kelsey Seybold and followed up in an additional six months it would probably have been too late. My tumor tripled in size in six months what do you think it would've done in an additional six months? Let's take note that not just one doctor failed me. I mean my OB/GYN was getting the reports from the radiologist and yet didn't once call me. But also the radiologist failed me, two different ones actually because I went to two different locations. So that's three doctors that work for Kelsey Seybold that all failed me. as a woman you're told over and over and over again to do self breast exams and if you notice anything abnormal go to your doctor. And that's exactly what I did and then you trust that your doctor will take you seriously. And I can understand if it was a small lump. But let's be serious here, a 6 cm lump with puckering and scaling is not normal yet for Kelsey Seybold they just dismissed it. Kelsey Seybold makes going to the doctor very convenient, I'll grant them that, but there's a price for that convenience. Don't pay it! read more

I am very disappointed in the way that the Kelsey-Seybold system is focused first on dollars rather than first in patient care. I understand it's a hospital, but that should mean you work with people to meet them where they are and help them get where they need to be. I don't have insurance and made that very clear even in setting up the appointment and was overcharged from the first visit. I was told it would range from $175-$225 for just the visit alone, to get in the door, was $296! I should have turned and left but I have some serious health issues and just tolerated it; my mistake. The doctor was and is a good physician but the system she works within is lousy. I was charged over $500 for labs and blood work the first visit and told I needed several other expensive services. They wanted to charge over $500 for a mammogram that I got somewhere else for $99 when I told them I was self pay. The doctor wanted me to have an ultrasound that cost $700, I have refused that. Today I had to go back for a uterine biopsy that was $530 and she says I need you to go have another blood test to check for something else. I asked, why didn't you have them check that last week when they drew blood and she had no answer. Don't make the same mistake I did. Your health is worth more than your wallet. Go to someone who cares! read more

I called and made an appointment to see a doctor at this location but when I got there I found out that the answering service made a mistake and set an appointment at a different location much farther away. I was sick with the flu and feeling really bad. The staff there managed to fit me in to see a doctor at this location that is only 1 mile away from my home. I was taken care of by the entire staff there. I was very pleased and will find a PCP at this location. read more

I'd leave a half star if possible. This is also more of a review for Kelsey-seybold in general than for the Vintage location in particular. But this location is the one I have visited most frequently. The medical office is like many: with a few really great doctors, many mediocre ones, and a few still that seem lazy and not inclined to give you the time... The real problem with Kelsey Seybold is the lack of transparency when it comes to the cost of services provided and also the many seemingly money-grabbing policies they employ. Calling to have you follow up to get blood work results from an annual physical exam, for instance--and charging you for a full office visit for that follow up. Or providing you with one bottom line number at the counter, and billing you for a different amount later. In addition to that many of their services are just simply overpriced. Especially if you are doing any kind of imaging work... steer far away and save your $$$. read more

I absolutely LOVE Dr.Ali and her staff. Dr.Ali is so amazing, I'm a first time mom and from the start she has been really supportive and took her time to talk to me. I've never felt rushed. Her nursing staff is my absolute favorite to the point if they aren't working I will reschedule my appointment. The Receptionists on the second floor know me by name and are so pleasant. I've had one issue and it was with a nurse named Stephanie. She's rude, unfriendly and I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. She actually the reason why I no longer deal with anyone but Dr.Ali team. read more

The service (patient service and customer service) I have received here is beyond deplorable. During my last visit (which will be my last visit at any Kelsey-Seybold location), the doctor ordered lab tests. They refused to tell me how the tests would explain the reason for my visit. He ordered more tests, I never heard back from him to explain the test results or how that answered or had any bearing on my reason for my original visit. Trying to talk to someone in customer service or management is futile. Per their own statement, to them 'Customer Service' means Billing. This is consistent because billing patents is really all they care about--patient care is an accidental byproduct, if it ever happens; they insist on verifying billing information on every interaction before they gather any medical information. In some cases I have been compelledto verify billing information multiple times during the same call as I was shuffled from one department to another. During my last visit, having generated billable services, the 'Kelsey-Seybold' patient care was complete, and thus hard nothing more from them. I am stuck with hundreds of dollars worth of medical bills and no answers whatsoever. read more

I recommend 100% Dr. Abdulrasul Meghji. He has been my doctor since 2004 at Kelsey-Seybold (Vintage & Spring Location). He also is our family doctor for my wife, parents, grandparents and uncles. I am done with Kelsey Seybold. Not just one clinic, all of them. I'm done with the whole Kelsey Seybold medical system. I was given an appointment to one clinic, drove an hour to the appointment at the Holcombe Clinic only to be told the appointment was at the Vintage. I drove across town to the Vintage Clinic and now I can't see the doctor and I have to reschedule because "I'm five minutes late and the nurse needs more time to interview for my medical history." Overall, setting appointments all over town and hit or miss scheduling and hit or miss medical guessing has turned me off from using Kelsey Seybold as my medical provider. I'm just done. read more

I went with back pain that was worsening for over 3 weeks and the doc couldn't even tell what could be wrong. He literally said "Wow this is strange... Hopefully it nothing too serious..." Proceeded to order and MRI because I requested one BUT he didn't order everything needed... Plus once the request for MRI got denied by my insurance do you think they bothered to call and tell me?!? Nope. Only after I emailed about having had to go to the ER it was so bad and to ask for refills on the pain medicine did he tell me.... at which point I had already gotten the MRI situation taken care of myself. read more

Kelsey-Seybold is just interested in getting money. I had a very short time period to schedule my newborn an appointment and according to my insurance Kelsey Seybold was covered. They never verified my insurance and it wasn't until after the fact that they told me they were having trouble processing my claim. It took about a month for them to figure out it was supposed to have PCP. Nobody told me that when I scheduled appointment & gave all my insurance info. Everyone in billing is rude on the phone and they just rather charge me than figure out a solution! I even had to call my insurance & had them conference in Kelsey Seybold. And Kelsey Seybold got an attitude with insurance agent when Kelsey obviously doesn't know what they are doing, unless they just keep giving run around so I will pay out of pocket without insurance coverage! He also told my father he had an ear infection when really he had symptoms of a cerebral aneurysm. So instead of being able to prevent it, he told my father to go to an ear specialist. All of the doctors and nurses at Kelsey-Seybold are wonderful. Other than the occasional "longer than expected wait", I've had no problems. The doctors ALWAYS spend ample time with me and take the time to explain things and answer all of my questions. My PCP, Dr. Tracy Carter, always spends quality time with me. I thought she was a bit "tough" on me the first couple of times I visited her, but realized she was only being professional and always had my best interests in mind. I recently visited Dr. Shahid Muhammad. As with all the other KS doctors, he took the time to explain things to me. He answered all of my questions. He encouraged me to contact him with issues and to open up an ongoing dialogue. He was also aggressive in his treatment plan, which I appreciate. read more

First off everyone at this location who does the blood work aren't the politest people. Let's not get started with the customer service representative I speak to to set my appointments. But any who, I've had a TRAUMATIC experience with one of them during my pregnancy. Older black lady who was very stand off-ish, inconsiderate, uncaring and rude. She took my blood without asking any questions and shooted me off after I slowly blacked out after she drew my blood. I asked her for water and told her I'm not feeling well, she continued to walk away unconcerned. Seconds later I laid out on the floor and blacked out and became unresponsive for seconds and she still was no where to be found. Another lady THANKFULLY pass by me laying out on the ground and immediately called for help... again the lady who drew my blood was still no where to be found. Minutes later she finally returned and told me "why didn't you say anything? In a very rude manner as I laid on the ground barely responsive, still not attempting to help me with the others. WORST TRAUMATIZING experience I've ever experienced. She needs to be FIRED. I pray no other woman, ESPECIALLY pregnant have to deal with this or her ever again. I (we) love Kelsey Sebold Clinic at The Vintage. This location is conveniently located for me & my family. My family & I have been patients of Dr. Abdulrasul Meghji since 2004 when they were located at the Methodist Hospital. Thereafter, they built the Vintage Clinic & we gladly followed our Primary Physician. My parents were also patients of Dr. Abdulrasul Meghji they are now deceased however; always spoke highly of Dr. Meghji. We are forever indebted with Dr.Abdul Meghji for his exceptionally kind, caring & professional service towards my parents health needs. He has always gone beyond the call of duty to care for each member of our family. Honestly we had never experienced having such an excellent doctor that genuinely cares about our health & our lives. We understand that there may be days in which he may be extremely busy with an over booked schedule & yet if one of us is ill they will gladly squeeze us into Dr. Meghji's schedule. His friendly & caring staff have been with him for over 10 years and are always attentive, caring & respectful to one's needs.
