I have no complaint about it: A good chiropractor would want to actually see what they're adjusting before actually doing it. I didn't have to watch a video (thank goodness!), so that wasn't an issue. Dr. Stacey takes really good notes and can remember what's going in my personal life, even asking me if I needed special accommodation (ie., special pillow) for my chest because I am nursing. If you check in on Yelp you get a free traction bed massage. I didn't dig it (it's too hard/rough for me), but I always get iced after an adjustment and feel great afterwards. I don't get to go as often as I like, but my back and pelvis are very grateful! I can resume some of my yoga positions that were off-limit before.

They're patient, they ask questions and actually listen to your reply. They look at your chart before treating you and make sure you're getting the care you need. Every visit. Consistently. Plus they're all kinds of nice :) My husband has been seeing chiropractors since his first sports injury as a kid, seeing over a dozen state side and abroad while in the military. He knows the good, bad and ugly. He started seeing Dr G a after experiencing a relapse with a pinched nerve in his neck that causes his left arm to lose strength and lock up nearly over night. It happened a few years ago and he saw a chiropractor then, but he didn't feel he was great. So he researched, tried one for 3xs that only tried to sell him vs relieve the issue. Then he found Dr G. Thankfully hubbs is moving freely again, he's sleeping through the night, regaining strength and he's gained a lot more knowledge plus better exercise routines to help keep the pain at bay until a surgeon evaluates next steps. After witnessing his transformation, hubs got me to go to help with chronic headaches and upper back pain from too many hours behind a crappy desk situation at work. Now I'm moving better too, in much less pain with less headaches, plus I'm gaining more flexibility. Win! I've never really been to a chiropractor but I'm on my 2nd month.
