I brought my vehicle in for an estimate & was pleasantly greeted by shop owner. I was provided with a detailed, same-day estimate via email. I set up an appointment & dropped the vehicle off after hours; I used envelopes provided and dropped the key thought the handy-dandy slot on one of the building's doors. The work was completed promptly. The communication was great. The work was done well. Owner and employees encountered were polite, professional, friendly. Experience from start to finish was pain-free. The ONLY reason for not giving Flower Hill 5 stars is they do not accept credit cards. That's right, if there's no insurance involved you're writing a check or paying cash. When you're paying out-of-pocket for damages... sticking it to a person's bank account really rubs salt in the wound.

Another dent from some careless inconsiderate. Dent Tech perfectionists fixed it…read more I also inquired about an alloy wheel hub that was deeply scratched. They've done smaller scratches before. Not this time. Would have to remove too much metal which would cause wheel balance issues. Straight up honest. They said best to get a new alloy hub.
