First of I want to start by thanking the Virginia and her team that was able to point out the issue with our truck within 30 mins upon arrival of there shop. starting since this morning we have been to 2 different shops repairing couple different coolant leaks on our truck. We luckily stumbled upon Kenda Truck Center and they were amazing going out of their way to let us rent a truck to deliver a load we have been sitting on for over 2 days with a disgruntle customer forcing us to deliver this load at 8 am in Holiday FL about 220 miles away from Kenda Truck Center. Virginia was kind enough repair our truck and also let us get to our delivery on time with their truck due to our VTT going out on our truck causing us to lose our turbo. I have never in my life come across such kind people who are dedicated to helping someone in a time of need when ever other shop in a 60 mile radius was not able to help repair our Truck. Kenda Truck Center went over and beyond, beyond imagination to even rent us a truck and help a stressed owner out. I am not sure how I can thank this Repair shop. I never in my life in the 20 years of work have seen someone lend a helping hand out in a time of need to a stranger. I hope the work this team does is shown here in my review of them and I hope their business Thrives. With all this said their prices were $40 less compared to other repair shops in the area we went to. If I ever am in the Florida area you can bet your ass I will drive an additional 100 miles to get to this shop for there honesty, customer service and going over for there customers. I earlier posted a glowing review of the service from Kenda Trucking. Unfortunately subsequent events require me to change my evaluation of them. less that 200 miles after my tow, a cast iron A arm broke in the front suspension system. The arm has an unmissable yellow sign on the A arm saying do not lift or tow. There are scratches on the fractured arm and the opposite side arm is bent. The repair shop tells me that this is entirely due to way that Kenda lifted my RV. I currently seems that the repair of Kendra's actions will approximate $10,000 and cost me the loss of use for 6-8 weeks of my Motor home NOT A HAPPY CAMPER read more

I had a suspension issue with my semi truck. I contacted them they were able to get me in immediately. Price was very reasonable and they even let me a vehicle to go get something to eat while my truck was being repaired. Would recommend this place to anyone good job guys read more

We broke down with our 40 ft Monoco coach, 24 ft trailer attached on I-75 S at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday night. After calling over a dozen places Kenda was the only service that either could or would help us. It was a big repair and took time to get the part. We were there for 5 days. They were awesome. On the day our part finally came in they stayed up late till everything was repaired. We needed a couple new tires so they ordered them and took care of that also. Great family. Kind and polite. Talented and skilled workers. The cost was very reasonable. We are extremely grateful. Highly recommend them. read more

WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE. I Had my truck towed here THEY took 18 days to fix my truck and charged me 27,000$ worth of work on my truck. Didn't even make it 100 miles down the road and the turbo blew up. Because they put the wrong coolant in Then they came and dropped off their own turbo to the Kenworth dealer. Where we had it fixed. Guess what. Truck went 300 miles turbo and turbo actuator went out again. Now my trucks down in the shop again. & they are not answering there phones ignoring my calls. It's costing me so many days down time. My drivers pissed. He hasent worked for a month. My truck isn't making any money been down for 30+ days in the shop. I will be taking them to court and sue them. DO NOT TAKE UR TRUCK TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS. & to top it off the lady. Virginia is such a unpleasant bitch. She will scream and cuss at you. After u paid them 27k got repairs. Because there mechanics fuckdd up. She is very very unprofessional. Does not seem to know how this industry works. Avoid this shop at all costs. read more
