I called them the day of the appointment as I drove out from the city to work on maintenance issues. They confirmed time then called me back and cancelled saying their workers had another appointment with a commercial property. It was very disappointing and I see a few other reviewers saying the same. Please don't cancel last minute on people who need repairs. To be fair, they called back to reschedule but the damage was already done. I booked another company in Batavia who was so professional and showed up on time today. Choose someone else in the area!
