These people are idiots. Crack head karen called to tow our car while we were eating lunch on the Ichabod's patio. Then she said she saw us walk to the beach. Then she apologized and offered to drive us to the yard to our car. I said no I'm not getting in your sketchy car you need to bring it back here. These guys are ridiculous. My son parked across from Paradise Beach in the plaza, he's 16 years old. An employee of this company sat in the parking lot, watched him park and talk to his friends and then walk across the street. The opportunity was there to communicate, but instead the employee of Kendall's watched him cross the street and then towed his car. I understand the need for business' to protect parking for their patrons but if the opportunity to communicate with a CHILD is there, why wouldn't you do that? Why would you just tow his car? Vandals and thieves. This company used to be the towing provider for my apartment complex. My vehicles were always in full compliance with management parking policies - stickers displayed, registrations current, etc. I found my car and motorcycle vandalized with their superglue stickers so many times I had to involve the police. My property management was in full agreement with my position, and terminated their contract with this company. If your car has been stolen by these unscrupulous people, report it as grand theft auto to the Sheriff, then call your local police jurisdiction, then theirs. Demand a police escort to their premises. They cannot by law insist on cash-only payments; when they do this, they are failing to record and report the transaction, and are engaging in tax fraud. read more

Absolutely awful service. Upon showing up to pick up my unrightfully towed car that I did not try to fight, the "driver" demanded the money before even unlocking the gate to their lot where my car was. When I told him no, that I would need rate receipts before just handing him $220 in cash, he responded with "You want to play games? I'll just leave then." I proceeded to tell him that this was in fact the law and he then angrily opened the gate and said "fucking park in the right spot next time". This place has absolutely horrendous customer service, outrageous rates, and simply needs to be put out of business as soon as possible. read more

So they towed my truck from an accident. It was still secure, doors and windows would lock. While it was in their care, the inside of the truck was ransacked. EVERY item with even slight value was gone as well some items of reasonable value. They took phone chargers, hand tools, basically anything. I wouldn't trust them and certainly wouldn't leave my property in their care.. I called to notify them, and it was I who had to file a police report.. For what ? I should take them to small claims court.. They have a responsibility to the property in their care. read more

okay so the beach parking was full and we parked at the Walgreens across the street and they had no VISIBLE signs saying tow away zone. After our car was towed away we asked the driver (who was towing someone else) if they towed a black Audi and he said he did and to read the sign which was completely faded. So we read the sign and went to the address to get the car and apparently the address on the sign was wrong so we called and they sent us to this very sketchy area where they had the car. We went into the office and they said cash only. (seems like tax fraud to me) so we had to rush to the atm and get cash for these very rude employees. Also our AWD car was not properly put on the flat bed the drug the car in park all the way up the ramp which is AWFUL for the transmission. The drag marks are all over the tires. Kendall towing is a fraud company and loves to ruin someone's day. Thank you for dragging our brand new Audi and bringing it to your sketchy yard! read more
