I usually schedule our service with Roger (co-owner) but he was not working when I called to have a tire looked at. After looking at the tire Mike told me that it could not be patched and needed to be replaced. Of course he put the fear of God in me when I said that I wasn't prepared to replace the tire and asked to just add air to it, he said that I could have a blowout any second. After some discussion, I reluctantly agreed to purchasing 2 new tires. I had recently purchased all 4 Michelin tires from Seaside and asked if they would offer an adjustment for the replacement. Mike said "Did I cause you to get the nail in it?" I also asked if he would apply a loyalty discount because I had previously received that, he said NO! So, he had to order the tires and told me that it would be ready the next afternoon. When I returned to pick up and pay the $550+ I told him that I would not be back because of his ugly attitude. He said "Well, you were asking for everything free!" This is EXACTLY why I said that he is a LIAR...the word free never came out of my mouth, which makes me fully believe that he can't be trusted.

Reported suspension noise in right front, they found LEFT FRONT ball joints bad, replaced them but did not verify the noise before or after, it was not fixed. 2. Replaced headlights but did not adjust aim, Cameron said they cannot adjust the headlights. Turns out that they can but failed miserably. 3. Had radiator replaced and they left the air intake duct completely loose and inoperative, forgot to replace the fasteners. Obvious once the hood was opened. The front desk doesn't really understand automotive issues. They have one mechanic that diagnoses EVERYTHING and then hands the car off to another mechanic for repair but no one checks the work. They made up explanations that they don't understand. No concept that this is unacceptable. They have a C+ rating with BBB. I recommend NOT taking your vehicle there.

Even though our two current vehicles come with free lifetime oil changes through the dealership, we often chose to pay out of pocket here because the service was quicker and we previously trusted this shop. That trust ended with my most recent visit. While servicing my car, a technician removed a personal hygienic item from my glove compartment, openly tossed it across the service bay to another employee, laughed about it, and later attempted to deny what it was when confronted. This occurred during business hours, in full view of customers. 1/26/26 approx. 3:15pm. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Not because of the item itself, but because of the conduct. Seeing this happen openly made me question what behavior is tolerated in this workplace. Because of this incident, I will not return. I hope management takes customer trust, respect, and workplace conduct seriously, especially given this company's long-standing reputation in the community. ***Update: The company has since reached out, and the technician contacted me afterward to acknowledge the behavior and apologize.
