Waiting area had plenty of seating and desk space for me to work. Everyone was professional, and it seemed like they were pretty busy with a lot of people coming in. As a woman who relocates for work every few years, I really don't like having to find new places to go in an industry I'm not familiar with, like vehicle repair, but I give this a 10/10! And they also altered the price on an aftermarket part and made it even higher, Claiming it was OEM. When I spoke with the owner and let him know what happened I was told "it is what it is" so they obviously don't care if they're scamming you or not. Told him about what his employees were doing overcharging then proceeded to block me, so I wouldn't be surprised that he knew they are overcharging unaware customers. Do yourself a favor and Take your money elsewhere. Or at least double check what you are paying for.

When I arrived the lady at the counter was super nice and explained everything to me. They signed me up for text notifications but they are not accurate. A gentleman called me once to update me that the car "was in line for painting", and it was ready 2 days later. My car looked good as new. It started with a very pleasant receptionist who outlined everything that I would need to know about the process of my vehicle getting repaired, including the fact that if I needed a rental vehicle, that Allstate requires you to pay up front and then they will reimburse you later. I then encountered Timothy Guiles, the Appraiser, who was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. He called periodically to give me updates and let me know what stage the repairs were, which gave me reassurance. When my car was ready and I saw my vehicle, I was BEYOND impressed. My car looked like it never was in an accident! And although my car is almost 10 years old, you would never know the left side of the car was newly painted, that is how incredible they were with paint matching. The entire process Gerber Collision was extremely efficient. And everyone there, made the entire process very smooth. No one ever wants to have to go through being involved in an accident, but I will say Gerber Collision made me forget that part of it. My car is over 10 years old, but it's a semi-rare car (Nissan Murano Cabriolet) and I do not want to part with it. I first took my car to the place recommended to me by my insurance company two years ago, where they repaired some bumper/panel damage from a minor accident. They were willing to do what I asked for about $2700-$5000. Just for the hell of it, I went for another estimate. Don's team did it for $1500. I visited them several times during the week. On those visits they pointed out how the previous company had cut corners, patchwork painting over paint without going down to the metal as they should have.
