A week or so after we get a coffee mug with a picture of my husband and two boys printed on it and a couple days after that a magnetic calendar with some more pics!! When I got the car back, I was happy because the transmission hard gear change was gone and was due to lack of fluid. However, after I got home and looked at the receipt, they charged me $540 00 just for the fluid, which is price gouging. I could have done a complete filter plus fluid change plus labor for that price. I called and was flatly told that was the price. Good for you. You lost a good customer.

I didn't know that but now there'a a material that can absorb the UV and heat and is clear, so perfect for the windshield!! In Miami you really need all the help to not get baked inside your car! There are a few chairs inside, with TV and a Keurig machine for tea and coffee. We went to the library down the street for a little while as they worked on our car.

Flash forward to November 2025 and I am cleaning out the glove compartment and found the guarantee that came with that installation. Well this wagon has been sitting in the hot Florida sun all these years and of course some of the tinting was bubbling. I called and spoke to Adrian who told me to bring it in for a look and he told me that he would honor the guarantee and replaced all the window tinting. Did I mention 28 year old tinting!! Turns out that the car was no longer in the computer for automated cutting of the film panels for each window so Adrian had one of his top installers (Joey) manually cut and fit each window. It took a couple of days but was well worth the wait. I can't recommend this company enough - great detailed work, excellent communication and a real dedication to customer service - pretty rare in today's world. I have tinted at least 4 other vehicles there and will continue to use them for all my future purchases!
