I waited more then a year before writing this review. I did not want to write out of emotion,…read morewanted to be as factual as possible. After 4 months of "marriage" counseling and THOUSANDS of dollars taken in by Daniel, she served me divorce papers in the middle of a session!!! A session I was charged for and had to pay for out of pocket....From day one I was at fault for everything wrong in the marriage. During the 4 months I bought and read every book suggested. Did every piece of homework given. I have two kids with the other person and had 10 years of marriage at the time. There is no accountability in these so called "sessions". Just a person who is collecting money off other individuals downfalls. I truly had hoped this person cared about the people in the room, NO she did not care. She is sexist and bias during every meeting. If you are a man and go for a "session", be prepared to take ALL the blame and no matter what you do, it will never be enough for Daniel. Again, DANIEL thought it was good for me to have my marriage counselor serve me divorce papers, not help me save the marriage, nope! she helped speed up the process to end it. BE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING!!!!!

She would have her daughter there during sessions which is really unprofessional. I also asked several times to pay the copay since she said she was on networks with our insurance and said she had already ran our insurance before we saw her that we would get billed later. I trusted that what she said was true. She flat out lied to me and I ended up getting billed almost 6 months later after we had already stopped seeing her and our bill was over $1000! And our copays are only supposed to be $20. And the lady from billing is extremely rude. Don't trust this place. They lie to you, are unprofessional, and misinform you about your cost and wait months to bill you and then you're stuck with a huge bill. I've never had this issue with any other doctor or therapist. Extremely disappointed with this place and would not recommend anyone to them.

I called to inquire about seeing a Dr. to continue my daughter's ADHD…read moremeds (because her current doctor is not in network with our insurance) and they told me I could see a P.A. rather than a doctor. I asked if they could provide the same care and they said yes, it would be exactly the same. This ended up being misinformation. The PA immediately said that since he was "less than a full doctor", he had to follow different protocol and would have to require that my daughter get an EKG to be on the same meds she has already been on for four months. Why? Because he is "not a doctor" and gets looked at differently by the state. Sorry, but it's not my fault that he did not go to school longer and I do not want to have to go get an EKG that would not be required by a doctor. Additionally, I asked what else would be different and Shebna N. Osanmoh said that he would need to see me monthly rather than every 3 mos. because he's "not a doctor". Nope. I would not want to pay a co-pay each time and take the time to see a P.A. monthly rather than a doctor quarterly. In the end, I didn't want to pay for the visit and Savant care said I saw the P.A. on telehealth so I would have to pay. A manager will be calling me back but this is nonsense and I learned a big lesson here.

My daughter's first language is English but she understand Spanish, and my first language is Spanish and Dr Fisher asked unrelated questions such as "If we thought in Spanish" and assumed that when we went on vacation we only went to Mexico, and asked if my husband was Mexican-all unrelated to my daughter's struggle with her grandfather's death. She also assumed our grandfather that passed had lived in Mexico when he was living in Mission Viejo, CA and is a US citizen. She never asked these questions, she assumed. She also rudely corrected me when I told her I had taken my daughter to several doctors by cutting me off and saying "Physicians. You took her to Physicians not Doctors". If you don't have ANY other obligations in your life, it would be okay to see her but if you do, like most people, be aware that she is very inflexible and hastily discontinued my therapy because I canceled a few appointments due to my child being sick and out early from school. She also canceled on me a couple times last minute due to illness and a car issue, but that was okay for her do do vs. me because she of course, is Superior to me and is the almighty PhD! It just sucks to have to start over with someone new at this point. To me that means she really could give a rats ass about her patients.

I filled out all of the bio info and then a video appt was set up. I attended the video session which was basically ANOTHER question and answer bio of the exact information I had previously sent. Fast forward to the next meeting, which was canceled and rescheduled on a day I was unavailable with little to no notice to me. After working that out we set a second meeting The night before the second meeting I received notification from Kaiser that I needed to meet with my medical team on an unrelated issue. So, instead of missing the therapy appt, I called from my car as I was traveling to my doctor appt. 10minutes into the meeting I was told, we had to end the call for safety reasons and we could resume the following week. No problem...right? Wrong, I then got an email saying I missed a therapy session, was going to have to sign an "attendance agreement" and that if I did not attend 10 consecutive meetings I would be terminated from therapy! WTH and could not proceed without signing the agreement!!!! You cannot call, only email. Email takes approximately 48 hours to respond. After emailing, I got a response that basically said, even though we started, I could not finish due to safety concerns from driving and that counts as a missed meeting. So sometimes life happens, unexpected events occur and things have to shift. However, when dealing with Allminds, this is one sided because they can cancel and reschedule, but you cannot unless it is within 24hours and if you do not, you will be penalized and forced to sign an extremely punitive "attendance agreement" as if you are a child on probation! Allminds, I believe your policy is not only punitive without any theraputic benefit, it is unethical. Your existence is to help those struggling with mental health, not punish them for having unexpected life events occur. I was responsible, showed up, was honest and told my provider I was driving because I was told I needed to meet with my surgical team, but did not want to miss my therapy session and was then forced to sign an attendance agreement. No thank you! I contacted Kaiser to cancel them and return to my old therapist! Do better as I see a lawsuit waiting to happen in your future. Your patients are adults struggling with mental health, struggling to get past the stigma of even seeing a therapist and this is how you treat them when unexpected life events beyond their control occur in less than your 24hour grace period! Shameful, do better! Thank God I at least understand that in an effort to get better, I need to ensure I am in a supportive, productive environment, conducive to the a positive therapeutic process and did something about it instead of giving up. Lots of folks aren't as able to do so, you are dealing with individuals who need support not punishment for things not in their control. DO BETTER- after all Kaiser is paying you good money!!!!!
