When from precision pools came through the gate he says I remember this we did this pool three years ago. You can see by the pictures that they put about a 16th of an inch of plaster on top of the existing plaster, knowing that it needed to be chipped out in the spots needed to be corrected. When he was walking out the gate, he told me that the needed a full out because he knows what they did to the pool the first time did a lousy job and should've passed on it due to the lack of plaster and correcting the original problem. They do a shady business and cannot be trusted.

Actually was mid October before we could swim because after plaster was done in Sept we waited another 3 weeks for them to put initial chemicals etc in. Many many weeks of nothing happening with no communication or explanations. And the pool was not "turned over to us" when completed. No clean up, no "here's your beautiful pool". Our travertine tile still has mud stains. (See pictures). I've tried power washing myself but still not good. He even said he would give me some cleaning stuff for ME to clean the tile - Not that they would clean it. But I never heard from him again. All that happened was that I received a text that said it's done and wanting his check. No word or news for weeks at a time but when it's time for a check your phone will be blown up daily until you pay. So... overall, a nice pool & quality of work on pool itself is good, but surrounding area is bad. No final communication and no final cleanup. Final results were definitely below what we were expecting.
