Very cool truck stop and center to stop at. Super big!!!! And even had trucks inside and lots of souvenirs. Has food court with a bunch of food companies inside and has gas station truck parts and vehicle parts. A lot of stuff for truckers and clothes, and just about anything you need on a road trip they got it. It's a huge super super super big place. Bathrooms were nice and clean too. So clean I could take a bath in the sink if I fit. Haha. But yeah. You may look around for a while maybe for about an hour or more just looking around browsing. I really stretched my legs walking around inside after a long car ride. I really enjoyed this place last time we came here I didn't go inside so I'm glad I went in the 2nd time we came around because I was missing a lot of stuff and fun. This is for the truck service center. If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I take our truck there for the pm's because we live close to Kenly. Today my husband checked our truck in at 12:30pm. The attendant or service girl told him it may be a couple of hrs before they could get the truck in. Ok np. Well It is now 8:15pm and still nothing. The process to get trucks in a bay is ridiculous. Finally I told my husband to just come home. This is not the first time this has happened. Hours upon hours wasted just for a simple pm. But it will be the last because we will NOT be going there again. He wasted a whole day at this place for nothing. Screw this truck center. read more

Well, I keep getting requests from Yelp to review this truckstop that I checked into last month, so I guess I need to do it in order to make the requests go away. This was actually a pretty decent truckstop. It's in a huge plaza with five or so other truckstops, so you should be able to find something decent to eat. This particular one had Subway, Wendy's and a family feedbag style restaurant...not the greatest fare, but, trust me, you'll welcome it after 100 miles of McDonald's and an alarming number of Bojangles. They have a huge gift shop (who in their right mind would buy a Kenly Truckstop t-shirt?) with a big section in the back with all kinds of stuff to pimp out your tractor trailer. We had some embroidery work done several months ago on several hats. Due to being truck drivers and being out on the road for several months, I called to have a dozen more done and John told me that I could not be served unless i provided a PHOTO of my credit card, both front and back, via email. I told him I'll gladly give them my credit card billing info via email, and call in the required credit card numbers due to the high risk of email hacking and credit card theft. He denied me and refuses to provide service unless I fall for this scam that leaves my company vulnerable. I'm now going to give my custom shirt, jacket and hat business to a company that would gladly take my business. I'm just sorry that we invested so much time with this company recreating my designs after they lost all my work from last march! don't waste your time with these guys, they can care less and treat you like you're wasting their time! read more

Last time, I was here I was not impressed with the Service.In the IRON SKILLET. Buffett was fair,but the service is some thing else.Place is clean,but bathrooms can get dirty. BUT, The service in the IRON SKILLET is some thing else. I ate 3 meals here so far.You can have ,as many as 5 waitress up at the counter talking to each other.So if you are lucky in 5 minutes she might come by. If she comes by like the 3rd meal. This truck stop is massive. Other than the generic gas station items, they had a small Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, DQ, Subway, and coffee shop. I wish they had better quality places to eat, but they got the job done. I recommend Subway or a coffee shop sandwich it you are looking for something filling. I did not look at the Iron Skillet menu but the Google food pictures did not impress me. It you're on I-95 and need a bathroom, Petro is clean. read more

i bought a set of lights that were supposed to be strobe/driving lights for my service truck I got home they were wrong went back a second time and returned the first ones o got and they gave me what was supposed to be the right ones they were wrong also we found the right ones but they wouldn't sell them to mw because they were in a. kit with wiring when they coulda done the right thing and put the ones I returned in the kit and gave me the ones I needed i have spent. thousands of dollars with this place but will never spend. another dime after this read more

If you are going to stop anywhere to eat along hwy 95 from Georgia to Virginia a good place to stop USED to be Kenly's truck stop. With clean restrooms, friendly staff, and a variety of shops to eat from it was the perfect halfway point for our family. However after the last three trips through the area I have noticed a disturbing amount of flies. Like a black cloud of disease, these flies swarm the food areas. I've never seen an eatery with so many bugs. It is truly a surprise that this place hasn't been shut down yet. read more

The trucker area was awesome, they had any and everything one could want on a long road trip, movies, audio books, mechanical parts, and so many other things to pass the time. This is not your typical truck stop so don't let the any preconceived notions of truck stops keep you away. This is a great place to stop when traveling down I-95. There are several restaurants: Wendy's, Subway and Caribou Coffee. There is a large selection of snacks, sodas and just about any touristy trinket you can imagine. If you've got kids, there is plenty for them to see and wander through. The "chrome shop" for truckers is worth a look even if you drive a Prius. read more

Great truck stop. This place reminds me of the truck stops of my youth which could be found up and down I-95 and had everything under the sun that a trucker (or road tripper) could want. Nowadays it seems most of the "truck stops" are gas, dine, and dash places. But not the Kenly 95 Petro. They have a decent-sized Food Court with a DQ Grill (the one that serves hot dogs, not burgers) and Orange Julius, Wendy's, Subway, and Caribou Coffee. It has a sit-down option - Iron Skillet - but I would recommend staying away from that one. It has a well-stocked gift shop/store that offers everything from presents and souvenirs to auto supplies. Clean restrooms, a game room, TV break room, and a shower and barber for the truckers. Unfortunately, as we found stopping at some other I-95 "truck stops" they just don't make them like this anymore. Which is why we stopped at the Kenly again on our way back home. read more

I ordered my #2 medium combo at 6:19, and after waiting for 10 grueling minutes I finally decided it was high time to address the cashier once agian regarding my order. She brushed me off and said that it was a busy day. As I watched the tens of people get their food before I did, I kicked myself for not going to the adjacent Subway instead. Finally, at 6:35pm, my double cheeseburger was ready, and much to my dissatisfaction, my iced tea had already gone from ice cold to room temperature. This is one of our usual stops as we drive from PA to SC. The building has been added on to and looks great. The restrooms are clean and well attended to. This is not your typical truck stop, it's a great place to stretch your legs, use the facility, and grab something to eat. It's a clean, family friendly place to stop. read more
