Plenting of parking, with cars on one side and trucks on the other. The Welcome Center itself is separate from the restrooms and vending area and is located on the left side. The main building has 2 family restrooms, a men's restroom (to the left) and the women's restrooms are 3 total spaces. I can imagine that if this rest stop ever sees an influx of visitors, there would be a flow and efficiency due to the availability of women's spaces. The spaces throughout have been clean and well maintained with functioning toilets, faucets, and well supplied paper products. On the further left of the main building, there are vending machines. The water fountains have a refill station for your personal water bottles and is located to the left of the women's restrooms. When nature calls, we highly recommend stopping by this Welcome Center!

Instead of a nice relaxing evening in a hotel room on the road, I received a stressful night of loud noises and a bed from hell!! The bathroom door would not stay completely open because of the hair dryer and towel hanging pegs. This makes it difficult to enter and exit the bathroom without bumping the door. There was no snacks to purchase in the lobby. The staff was nice but I believe one of the ladies that helped me just started so this lead to a much longer check in process. Limited parking due to construction equipment. The front awning was blocked off for some reason. The place appears to be under renovation. The room I was in appeared to be recently renovated but I truly hope I'm wrong. I will avoid this place in the future. Life is too short to waste money like this. Yes it was a small inconvenience but very small. Front desk service from J'Quan was spot on. Room was spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was just fine. Hot coffee and tea all day and night. Hot breakfast in the morning and all for $117.00. Dinner at Outback across the street was delicious. Lighten up people.
