On two occasions, I saw on Home Depot's website that the products that I needed were available at this store in Ohio Township. For the first time, I placed my order online, and in not even 30 minutes, the store emailed and texted me to notify me that my order was ready for pickup. Super-fast service! Later that day, I drove to this store and walked up to the pickup counter. An employee immediately and courteously greeted me, looked up my order in her computer, and brought my products out in a shopping cart. Then the employee wished me a great day. For the second time, I arrived at the store, found the products--boxes of floor tile--on a shelf, and realized that they were too heavy for me to lift. An employee came and helped me to load the boxes onto a cart. He wished me a good day. I used the self-checkout machine, and I experienced no problems with it. An employee nearby thanked me.

Tina, the manager was extremely helpful as I sough guidance on where to find certain tools and to understand what were the sale items. She was very accommodating and happily went to the stock area of the stores to pull half a dozen tools that weren't out on display. Danny, the cashier, was also very helpful and willingly helped take a load of items out to my car and help me get everything loaded expeditiously. Great experience (albeit expensive) but so glad for the staff's helpfulness and friendliness.

She even refused to sell to customer because his mask was not over his nose. He even demonstrated that his mask was defective (kept falling down) but she did not care and demanded that he leave. And he did peacefully. I could not believe what I just witnessed. I also left the store and a pretty full shopping cart of items in the middle of the isle. I will never return to this store. With several other hardware/ tool stores that appreciate their clients business within a 1/2 mile, I will shop there!!!

My chain saw died and I needed a replacement to deal with some fallen trees and decided to treat myself to a good saw this time. They are an authorized Stilh dealer and had a good selection on hand. The staff was incredibly helpful and weren't there to just sell me something but rather took the time to understand my needs and how i was going to use it. I ended up with a model that I hadn't previously considered based on their recommendation. Not only did they assemble and test it, they took the time to show me all the intricacies of care, use, maintenance and safety features. Very knowledgable and helpful. I recommend them when you need power equipment.

When I shopped here, I saw that the store was fully stocked with a variety of furniture (e.g,. tables, bookcases, chaises, and chairs) and home decor (e.g., lamps, vases, wall prints, blankets, pillows, and wreaths). The regular prices were moderately high, but the store was having a sale of 40% off, which made the prices reasonable. An employee promptly and politely served me. I seldomly shop at Kirkland's, but I will have to keep them in mind for my future shopping.
