I again called @ 9: 25 to which I was told that I had cancelled the pickup on my previous call I told them to pound salt and stick it "where the moon don't shine" Leaving me with the only option of piling into my car with my wife and luggage and trying to check our big bag within 45. In of our flight which I was able to do - but with 2 min to spare Meanwhile my wife tried to park our car and ended up in the more expensive parking lot - but was able to make the flight by 2 min before boarding To say I'm POed would be an understatement and am wondering if this ragtag operation has enough class to pick up our parking for a ten day stay in DC??? The Kiddie Kab driver floored it, exceeding the speed limit by at least 10-15 mph...crossing a double yellow line (no passing) to pass this vehicle. Here's the kicker, the vehicle it passed was slowing down to make a left turn onto a street. Insanely reckless! I must stress, that I was not the vehicle this person passed. I'm no Karen, but when you see a car that transports toddlers up to 15 year olds driving recklessly, you let the owner know. You let other people know...because if they don't care about traffic laws or the brand/image of their company, how can you be sure they care about your child if they don't care about themselves or other people on the road?

My wife and I had a recent trip to Niagra Falls and we used a Touch of Class for our ride from the…read moreairport to the Hotel. I emailed them to get a quote and it came back very quickly. John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. He patiently endured a moving karaoke concert featuring aggressively screamed lyrics from Morgan Wallen, Justin Bieber, and Michael Jackson. The party bus itself was "SICK" (official kid review) - spotless, spacious, and easy to blast music through Bluetooth. Decorating was flexible too: DIY the day before, decorate day-of, or let staff handle it while preserving your sanity. But honestly it didn't need decorations with the lights and the presents lining the windows. Payment was easy to take care of ahead of time, which meant zero stress on party day. Huge thanks for helping create an absolutely epic celebration for my kids -- and extra thanks to Carlos for surviving the chaos with his hearing, patience, and sense of humor intact.
