First it was a really bad strained back which Bill cured me of after a couple of months. He gave me simple exercises to do after my therapy which I do and I have not had a problem since. More recently I saw him for a strained muscle in my hip and again he cured me. Bill has his doctorate in physical therapy and is amazingly informed and capable. He is kind and patient and he knows his patients imits which is so importat to me. I have been to other PTs on the south shore but ,in my opinion , McGill and Gardener is the best. I hope I don't get another injury, but if I do I will make a bee-line back to McGill and Gardener.

I have been in the medical field for over 20 years, I take pride in my ability to learn quickly. Pretty much every EMR is the same, just learning where to click here & there. The employee training me had absolutely no patience, she would tell me she needed me to hurry up, then tell me to slow down. Ask me to answer the phone, then would say put them on hold, you don't know how to speak to them. She gave me a script on how "their phone adequate" is suppose to be. You are not suppose to sound like a human. I am glad they let me go because when one door closes another one will come along that is much better. Everything happens for a reason.
