I mistakenly went to a different hospital in an emergency and was so upset at the lack of care and the attitude of the nurse.

On this particular time, I had bloodwork done on two separate occasions I had the privilege of having Bryanna being the phlebotomist and she was absolutely amazing and such a caring person. Her demeanor was great and I am so thankful I am a Virtua patient via my doctors and any healthcare I may need.

They were terrific. I was scared and sick. When they came to my house,my pup was barking with all the visitors. They didn't blink and he is a big guy. By the time they got me in the ambulance, they had calmed Wilson too. The thing is, they didn't just transport me and dump me off t the hospital. They stayed with me till the Emergency Nurse came to take over. This helped. It's hard to be alone when you are not well.. I appreciated their care and kindness. Then the RN, I think Tiara? Began her professional attentive care calmed me. When you can't breath it creates fear and she was quick to give me care. Jade was already waiting to do a chest x-ray and was as kind as could be. They don't want you to drink anything, when you first arrive till they determine your care. But when you are struggling to breathe you become very uncomfortably dry. My Nurse gave me a sponge wipe for my lips. It sounds small but it so was not. Dr. Sing was terrific and efficient. Answered my questions and admitted me to the hospital. I was eligible for hospital at home because I am a senior . An excellent choice. I had been in this program before. I have asthma that can get out of control and they have been able to stabilize me before. The care you can get at home without being in the hospital is a big plus. A virtual doctor visit every day and 2 RN visits give you the support that you need without the trauma of being hospitalized. The Doctors were fantastic. I can't remember all their names but I do remember a Dr Leu and Dr Malek. There were 2 others and I am sorry I cant remember their names. The Doctors did not just give me medical directives, they partnered with me and planned with me. Very noble. Thank you. My Nurses, Christine, Michael, Joe, Sarah and Emily, all very thorough and compassionate. Even the couriers who delivered needed medicine, equipment and even food were prompt friendly and professional. I am feeling better and those partners are the reason why. Wilson Cheese made a bunch new friends. It's nice when the folks are caring for you, accept and understand your extended family. Thanks to you all.

I was in so much pain and couldn't hear from an ear infection Which I knew it was an ear infection. The doctor told me I didn't have an ear infection that my ear drum was red. She gave me steriods, antibiotics and Motrin and sent me out of my way. She told me she was going to write me a script and never did . i went to cooper urgent care today and the dr told me she couldn't see my ear drum due to build up wax & flushed my ear out just to find out that I do in fact have an ear infection. Jefferson just never seems to prove me wrong of how terrible their staff is. it's the lack of effort To care for patients .

I had hoped that he knew I was there but they had him sedated . Overall, the people were great as I came into the main lobby , two peops a really sweet young blond and an def gentleman who gave me directions and passes. The place looks like it's clean , real important as I heard probs at this location but I did not experience it. The floor shined like glass , the ICU unit is on 2nd floor for critical care & Specializes in stroke care. I hate hospitals because it brings back sad memories 4 me. The last time. Was here and I almost forgot was my ex reminded me I had been taken there when I was at college like a naive 18 yr old , l took cold meds and fell down a flight of stairs. Do not recommend d moreoing that !!! I was lucky no broken bones just bruises . But it seems so long ago& now I am feeling very old But overall the only prob is my navigation wasn't working in my car & do it took longer to get there. 4 any1 who knows turnersville , Sewell area it's an that has built up so much & I HV poor direction skills . But after a couple wrong turns found it, . It looks nothing like I remembered. It has been renovated and looks so humugous! . When I got to ICU the staff were so nice as they saw hoe upset I was. Thanx to Jennifer , the secretary who was comforting and the doctors , such as Dr. Wilsie , who tried to update me on, Michael's condition as well as Reggie and Dana his nurse. U could very easily get lost , it's so big But stayed sev hours and I am emotionally drained and upset. It's an impressive ICU there are many rooms and the staff was very responsive to any question I had. There was also a priest, Father Ernest who prayed & anointed him . I was very appreciative. So overall It is impressive & part of Jefferson Med Center r those that live near ok r by the hospital. Okay I did it. I am signing off , sorry no pics but it was not good day 4me. Fondly Danalia

She had called me multiple times from a private number and admitted she was off the clock. Truly horrified that a person like this has access to my information.
