I initially only thought we needed a few things done, and he was able to help repair multiple things (toilets, faucets, washer connections, etc.). Jacob was thorough, helped us diagnosis a problem we didn't even know we had (cracked toilet), and even went pick up the new toilet at the store. He did all of the work needed quickly and effectively. His prices were fair and reasonable. He also hauled away the trash/old toilet!! I was able to get a plumber out the following day, and he quickly and professionally assessed the problem and wrote up a quote. He stayed responsive the whole time--text, Yelp, and phone--so I never had any issues with communication. Payment options were flexible too: you can pay upfront, or choose a zero-APR option if paid within 24 months. There are also lower monthly payment options, but those do come with interest. They may be expensive, but the job will be done right....at least according to the plumber I met.

Customer service (for installation) = n/a stars I had a leak in the water line to my bathtub. I called, easy conversation, scheduled 2 days later, service team arrived on time, fixed the leak. Great!! I paid by card. Simple! On the first call about the leak, I explained I was looking for further renovation services: install tub, toilet, and new double vanity instead of 1 sink existing. When the service team repaired the leak, they took photos of the bathroom. After calling the office to follow up, I was told to call back once I purchased all of the material and they could put me on the schedule. So that's what I did, 10 days later. The woman that answered the phone this time was not at all helpful and told me that they cannot do any of the installation work. She made a point to say I was not as important at the contracts that they have in place. I felt completely misled after 3 conversations with this team.
