I was asking about them being able to troubleshoot the radio issues and off the bat, he went into sell mode. He then stated that they don't "repair" and only sell. Which is weird because many people had recommended them for their radio expertise and repairs. He again, stated that he didn't they don't make repairs, but then attempted to sell me a radio in excess of $1000.00 and I knew then this wasn't the business that I wanted, since I wasn't in the market for a radio and wanted to see options of repairing prior to replacing. I will say the guy on the phone was extremely polite and kind, but he was definitely not hearing me on just wanting solutions. If they only sell them my apologies on this review.

They also disconnected the battery cable from the battery and evidently, that reset the car's (RAV4 2002) very old aftermarket security alarm. The alarm system kept activating the audible alarm and the car would not start. As she is traveling across the country, this all could not have happened at a worse time! I will spare some of the details regarding just how bad the day was. Suffice it to say, it was like a snowball rolling downhill gathering more and more snow. I looked up local alarm shops in Nashville, I am in California, and I came across Jason who was very willing to listen and help try to diagnose the problem over the phone. Jason understood the stress my daughter was under and he patiently worked with her and I over the phone in an attempt to resolve the problem with the alarm system. We eventually had the car taken to Jason's shop that same day and he was able to quickly fix things so that my daughter could get back on the road. I feel very blessed that we came across Jason and Street Sounds as they are honest, empathetic and trustworthy. He cared about a good outcome and made all the difference in helping to get to that end. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Jason. They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.

And even though the original estimate was too much for me to pay right now they found a way to, let me build the system overtime. I was on the llumar Formula One Website to find a certified Formula one shop near me and thankfully Eclipse Window Tinting TN Is only 10 mins away from where I live! so I sent an email to lock in an appointment and I Decided to get the Formula One Stratos series tint for the amazing heat rejection it offers on all 4 windows and my rear glass especially needing it the most. I dropped my car off in the morning I don't remember his name but a gentleman greeted me and walked around my car to see what I wanted to get done. He was very thorough in the process and was very honest with the state of the tint that it was in to make sure I was okay with going through with the process and I could have not felt more confident knowing I went to the right place to get my vehicle done the right way! They really went above and beyond with informing me with some problems I had with the vehicle from the previous tint job done by a mutual Friend out in SoCal caused, and they were able to work around the problem and get my bubbling tint all off with a lot of elbow grease and It turned out amazing. I will be bringing my fathers 23' Colorado Trailboss and possibly his Custom 67' Firebird to get the windows done here. Avoid Brian's Motorsports in Hendersonville, TN....Extremely Poor Service…read moreI brought my son's Camaro in for a much-needed alignment, and it was one of the worst automotive experiences I've ever had. The customer service was terrible overall (with the exception of Danny, who was the only one who seemed to actually care). They kept the car for two full weeks with almost zero communication. We had to call repeatedly just to get any kind of update. They claimed they had adjusted everything but could never provide the actual alignment numbers, repeatedly saying their printer "didn't work." After agreeing to replace the front arms to correct the severe negative camber, they still refused to show any before/after results. Every time we asked for updates, it was the same excuse: "Let me text the supervisor" but we never received any follow-through. When we finally got the car back, I lifted it at home and discovered the bent bolt holding the suspension to the frame was never replaced, even though it was clearly part of the issue. This shop is not equipped or willing to handle alignment work properly. They take your money and your time but deliver zero accountability or proof of work. I would not recommend Brian's Motorsports to anyone dealing with suspension or alignment issues. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
