Also welcomed are residents receiving Hospice, Home-Health, and Rehabilitation services. The property has been completely remodeled and adapted to handicap needs. The atmosphere can be described as safe, happy, and home-like. We are licensed and State Certified. We have a fire-sprinkler system and a fire alarm that is hard wired to the Fire Dept. A burglar alarm is in place. A pleasant chime is attached to all doors that open to the outside. Residents are cared for 24 hours per day for by Certified Nursing Assistants under the supervision of RNs. There is space for a maximum of five residents. Included in services: Assistance with bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, and incontinent care. Assistance with feeding is provided when necessary. House keeping, laundry, medication management, meals, and snacks are provided. Each room is furnished and has a has a TV. There is the option to use one’s own personal furnishings and TV. Our focus is on safety and meals made with fresh foods.

He's easy on curves and stops. I'm sure he would be as kind and professional with anyone. He has such a calming presence driving to appointments, waiting with you... Etc. Good: physical / occupational therapists are informative and are well liked by my mom…read more meh: Facilities are new and nice. Not enough parking. Food is ok according to residents I have talked to. Bad: Management is detached. Mom is having blood pressure issues, has been for at least a few weeks and we can not get any response from the doctor / nurse practitioner. I make repeated attempts to contact the doctor (have to go through management - including going to the facility while the Doc/NP is present somewhere) and can not get a response. Wellness Director (LPN) is non-responsive to the point of being rude.

The blatant disregard for the wishes of the client's loved ones, the hanging up in faces, the way she sneaks around the loved ones to collect money from a man who had trouble remembering things, I mean I can go on. She was told in writing, how things need to be handled and addressed regarding our elderly loved one and she does the opposite. She is conniving, disrespectful and just one big con-artist. She changed the plan of care without notifying the family, mind you the client has memory/judgement lapses! She changed the plan, started charging him overtime for the services and didn't say a word! She did this knowing he would forget to tell us of any change, she sneaks behind our backs trying to collect by showing up at the house when nobody is there and gets our loved one to write her a check KNOWING he doesn't know better. By doing so, she doesn't allow the family to review the invoice and make payment, which we have 7 days from the date of invoice to do so! I am so besides myself with this woman, BEWARE. The POA for our loved one was left in the dark about all changes, and has since addressed her in person abs via email and she ignored him as well. The workers, for the most part, are great and take good care of our loved one. But Violet is the reason why we are moving on. She has continued to exhibit a blatant disregard for our terms and continues to sneak around us. For $25/hour, you can find literally ANYONE else. Anyone is better than Violet.
