I had an appointment for the end of November for the first shots. Called early in the week as I had heard nothing about insurance approval, was told it hadn't come through. Told someone would get back to me. never got a call back. Called in December was told it still hadn't come through. Called after the holidays and found out it was never submitted, and that they had(and lost) 2 insurance staff. Got a call from a staff member(who was not the insurance person) leaving me a message that didnt make sense. Found out she called for someone else. I asked the insurance person call me back so I could appeal the insurance company's decision. No return call. Called today (now at the end of January), to be told the Dr may not do Medical botox. And, that the PA had no right to tell me that they would( this was the reason I was referred there). Patty the Office Manager spoke over me and didn't listen, until I pointed this out. Waiting to hear if the Dr will even do the procedure. Not holding out a lot of hope.

A year ago I went in for a consultation for a breast reduction (mammoplasty) and had my surgery in May 2018. The process while lengthy, was well worth the results. Dr. Pryzbyla suggested i receive physical therapy to assess the severity my large breast placed on my physical well-being. After 6 weeks of therapy i returned to Dr. Pryzbyla and he took pictures to submit to my insurance company. I honestly didn't want to get my hopes up but in about 8 weeks I received approval for the surgery. I am beyond happy with my results and throughout this entire process or nervousness and uncertainty, Sally the office manager, assuaged any fear or concerns I had throughout the process. I have told her that she has spoiled me for all other doctor's offices. I am 5 months post-surgery and would highly recommend The Plastic Surgery Center for any of their services, but specifically a breast reduction.

He didn't acknowledge anything I told him and when I asked questions he was very vague - I had to pry to get a real response to anything. It felt like the consultation was an inconvenience to him. I found him to be very disrespectful too. At one point I had to remove the paper "shirt" and he snatched it, ripping it. When he was done, instead of letting me cover up again, he continued to talk and then opened the door - potentially exposing me to the whole staff right outside. I had to rush to turn around and cover up with something. The office itself was very dirty/outdated. The chairs in the room were all stained and the paper from the last patient was still on the table. The staff were nice enough, but unprofessional - laughing and joking loudly behind the desk. I would never let this person come near me with a knife. Luckily for me, after a month they had still not sent my request to my insurance, so it was easy for me to find a different doctor. I found a professional doctor, with a hard-working staff, who did an amazing job.

Having a family history of melanoma I go for…read moreannual skin checks and my previous derm was very thourough, inspecting every inch of my skin and scalp, using a light and magnifying glass to look at smaller blemishes, taking photographs for tracking moles, etc. they also completed a biopsy on a spot on my scalp last year. Having provided my family history, my biopsy history and the fact that I have notably fair complexion , I would expect a derm to at least take a close look at my skin. This doctor took MAYBE 1 min to look over my entire body, not inspecting a single mole, and proclaimed my skin to be perfect. I will now have to schedule with a new dermatologist and be out another $40 copay. If you have skin cancer concerns absolutely avoid this practice and Dr. Hassani
