The dental team is awesome, but the office overcharged me and I had to call them to get a refund after insurance processed and they told me they outsourced their financials and then just recently got it back internally. From start, to finish... From checking in to checking out, with a root canal in between, the staff was friendly and quick. Dr. Nicholson and his assistant (Alisha or Ashley, I apologize, I'm forgetful) were excellent, explaining everything throughout and concerned about my comfort. Dr. Mangano and his team provided an excellent experience from booking through follow-up. After a very short wait, Jen called me into the back and began their process. Their process is seamless. Jen collected all pertinent information and imaging to assist Dr. Mangano with his assessment. I was then examined and given options and potential outcomes. After an informative discussion, a course of action was determined. Jen and Dr. Mangano prepped and started shortly thereafter. I was absolutely dreading coming here (root canal consultation), but I was immediately put at ease by the wonderful staff at this office. I had printed and completed the patient forms at home in advance, so the check in process was a breeze. The waiting room is serene and nicely decorated. The chairs in the waiting room were comfortable and there were a plethora of magazines to flip through while waiting. I noticed complimentary bottles of water against the back wall (nice!). The waiting room and exam rooms were impeccable. I always look for cleanliness and proper health/safety-- this place exceeded my expectations. The technicians were friendly and personable. They seem like they truly care about the patients in their care and were willing to answer any and all questions. Dr. Hack was also friendly and personable-- her bedside manner was great! I told her about all of my anxieties and apprehensions about the dentist/procedures and she was understanding and empathic. I just had an appointment on 8/24/2025. I had made an appointment with another endodontist, but at the last minute when they called to confirm, they told me they no longer accepted my dental insurance. So I searched my dental network and found this practice. I must say I was a flight risk with having to have an evaluation on a tooth. They made me feel very welcome and at ease. Jenn was great with me, and Dr. Hack was friendly and personable - she put me at ease. Of course, I needed to have a root canal redone, and we went ahead and did it. Was in the chair for maybe 2 hours? but the outcome was great, they kept me comfortable. They gave me instructions on how to take care of everything and sent me on my way home. I highly recommend this practice to anyone that needs endodontist work. HAHA I am sure I will at some point need their expertise again. read more

I had excellent dental and treatment here, no concern there. Up front they charged me an estimate which I told them was excessive but I paid it anyway because they gave me no choice. The insurance paid them the agreed amount for the service and I was left with a credit - no surprise there. I have since called their office 4 times - they acknowledged that they owe me, promised to pay - but for the last 2 months I have not had a return call or check in the mail. This office is either incompetent or crooked. So I recommend staying away if you can. read more

Excellent experience. I had been in pain for weeks after my dentist put a cap on my tooth. The atmosphere is sterile and safe. The staff are kind and friendly. The follow up call the next day was a nice to have someone address any concerns. I had zero issues and feel lucky to have found them. Dr Moreno was amazing in doing my root canal with an infection. Answered all my questions and the girls working with him put me at ease and helped things go smoothly. Called with some concerns had me come back even when it was closing time just to make sure everything was ok. Also called me on Sunday to make sure I was doing well. just like a few others mentioned! Watch out! Even with insurance you will be charged out of pocket without a heads up! Dentist referred my daughter here due to pain in her tooth. Her dentist thought she may need a root canal or just a filling redone. My daughter's dentist sent over x-rays with the referral. The staff looked at her x-rays and then called me and told me my daughter needed a root canal. I didn't feel comfortable with them making that decision without examining her. I decided to hold off and in the meantime asked her regular dentist if she could just redo the filling and see if the pain resolves. But again her dentist didn't want to do that and insisted we get an evaluation with the endodontist. So a few months later I called this office and scheduled her for an evaluation, not a root canal appointment. I took my daughter in and the assistant said she needed better x-rays done and took some new ones. Then the endodontist evaluated my daughter and determined that she needed the filling replaced NOT a root canal. As I was checking out I was told I owed $120 since the x-rays are 3D and insurance doesn't cover these fancy x-rays. Poor business tactic! Most people want to know if there is an out of pocket cost before service..I never even heard of a 3d x-ray and was not explained that the x-ray being taken was something different than a regular x-ray that won't be covered. read more

15-20 minute wait (is every dental office running behind?) The staff was more than nice here, and I was correctly diagnosed as needing a root canal when I really did not think it was. I was referred to this place from my dentist after he didn't know what was up. I scheduled to do the root canal here because I figured that meant my general dentist couldn't. They couldn't give me something sooner than 2 weeks later until I they asked about how much pain I was in. I got an appointment for 1 week later. When my dentist called to check-up, I realized I could schedule sooner with them. I can't help but feel I got in a dental turf war, but I was thankful for the right diagnosis. read more

Was just in and had the best experience!! I never do well with anything involving my teeth and a few days ago I broke my tooth in half and had to get a root canal before I could get a crown they got me in on Monday for a consultation and today(Thursday) I got it done! I moved her from NJ. My brother is my general dentist and my father before him. I had a molar pulled in NJ and a few weeks later developed pain. My brother suspected I may need a root canal in the area. I went to see Dr. Mangano who diagnosed the problem as a retained root from the extraction. Okay. So I took it upon myself to see the endodontist as my orthodontist told me he saw something happening with the root of one of my teeth. I called and spoke with Courtney, and she got me in a few days later! I didn't wait at all and the staff was probably the most pleasant I have ever dealt with! Come to find out nothing was wrong with my tooth at all! Dr. Hack even went to check all of my teeth just to put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this office. My (new) regular dentist recommended Dr. Mangano for my root canal. My initial phone contacts and then in-person office assistance were excellent. The administrative AND medical staff were all very professional, knowledgeable/ experienced, patient, courteous, kind, and caring. Dr. Mangano explained each step of the procedure in a timely fashion. Since I'm such a "Nervous Nelly" his approach and deft touch was a tremendous psychological help. The after-the-procedure experience was as close to painless as possible! Astounding! Amazing! The waiting room, rest room, and patient room were all very clean with good lighting which all created a calming effect. The waiting room was a pleasant surprise, especially the bottled water. The availability of the CareCredit method of payment was a lifesaver since I'm on a fixed-income and this procedure was so unexpected. Naturally, I'd rather have avoided this procedure altogether, but since I could not, I'm ever so grateful for having been referred to this fantastic/perfect dental practice. The office staff and Dr. Vir were exceptional. I felt very taken care of (especially with being nervous as this was my first root canal). Dr. Vir said mine was more complex and took his time (which was about 4 hours total) to do my whole root canal. He did as much as he could the first day and I had to come back the second day for the rest. It was great to not feel rushed which could have complicated it. The dental assistants were always so friendly and answered any questions as well. The front desk staff is also very friendly. They go over everything in detail with you before you leave and call to check on you after the visit. Definitely 5 stars! They all made a procedure no one wants to have done, so much more bearable.
