I then called later in the month on the day she requested I called to make a payment and set up auto draft and she informed me because I didn't call the week before that my policy had been cancelled. ALL BECAUSE I DID WAS I TOLD TO DO IN THE EMAIL SHE SENT ME! Furthermore she got an attitude when I started asking how it was going to be fixed and essentially said it's not her fault and that I would just have to deal with it.
