A lady took down all this info and was great, said she would pass the info off to the person that was to help him. It's been another two weeks. No call, no email, nothing. My husband insists on staying with this company as his family is insured through them for their business, but I am furious that it is taking OVER A MONTH for someone to get this going. I originally went in to get a coverage removed off my policy and to have my auto draft date…read morechanged, the agent I met with told me to not pay my bill until later in the month after she cancelled my auto draft and we would set it up at the correct date. I then called later in the month on the day she requested I called to make a payment and set up auto draft and she informed me because I didn't call the week before that my policy had been cancelled. ALL BECAUSE I DID WAS I TOLD TO DO IN THE EMAIL SHE SENT ME! Furthermore she got an attitude when I started asking how it was going to be fixed and essentially said it's not her fault and that I would just have to deal with it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I now have to get new insurance and pay more because I had a lapse in coverage because I followed their instructions.
