I wasn't a new homeowner, I had multi-car discount, but all of a sudden, a $900 bill became over $3000??? I spoke to NUMEROUS State Farm agents in the area and not a single one could explain why the premium was so drastically different. This frustration eventually led to me switching to a different insurance company. Fast forward a few years and it was time to add my teenage daughter to my auto insurance policy so I decided to shop around. My brother reminded me that Liz Berry was a State Farm agent. Both he and my mom had State Farm because of Liz and were more than pleased. I figured I had nothing to lose and reached out to Liz. I don't know what magical wizardry she worked but she was able to offer me a policy comparable to what I already had and was cheaper than my current insurance company at the time and the other quotes I received!! I was pleasantly surprised and can't help but wonder what the Charleston area State Farm agents that I'd reached out to before were doing besides nothing useful. Thanks to Liz Berry and her phenomenal team, I've got amazing customer service, a policy with the coverage I want, at a price that makes me happy. Since this wasn't the first time he had done this and not delivered, I politely informed him that if he had something to offer and he could deliver on the savings we would be interested in setting up a call with him. HE schedules a call, my husband and I arrange our schedule to be home at the same time to discuss this with Brandon BUT he never calls. I email him saying we arranged our schedule and you didn't call. His excuse was that he was with a customer late. He emailed information over showing how he added all these discounts to our policies BUT they weren't actually added as he portrayed they were. He literally wasted my time and showed such a lack of professionalism that I requested he NEVER contact us again because he doesn't value his customers time, he misinformed us and he didn't save me a dime on my policy. My husband had already had trouble with him because he didn't set up his bank draft properly and my husbands payment didn't come out. Thankfully when Brandon failed to answer a few more questions. I called in and spoke with Morgan Moore. She was informative, honest, and to the point. She explained our policy as its listed, no extra so called discounts like drive & save, that weren't apart of our policy. She explained what that program is and how we could potentially save with it. She explained why some of my rates were higher than my husbands and that because I drive a Lexus its more expensive if there were to be an accident. She explained that my husband and I are on two different programs and at renewal she will see if she can get me on that program. She even informed me that she set herself a reminder to make this request at renewal. Moral of the story is Brandon sucks so ask for Morgan Moore because if not for he we would be switching to another State Farm!

When moving to Anderson from Florida we needed to transfer our State Farm Life policies as well as obtain quotes for auto and renters insurance.
