She was condescending, placating and talked in circles, but never offered an solution. She patted herself on the back for all of the work put into the claim, but my car is still in the shop and State Farm isn't offering any solutions to the problem. One of my pet peeves is when a service provider makes it seem like they are doing you a favor by doing their job. It would be palatable if she actually accomplished something, but nothing was accomplished and I was forced to listen to her try to tell personal stories of her own claims, etc. I don't want to hear mind numbing narratives.
