I arrived 10 minutes early to a very pleasant staff and was taken back at 10:45, acceptable. An assistant came in, took vitals and left. At 11:07 I had still not seen the doctor, so I left. I had been looking forward to the appointment because he came highly recommended. Unfortunately, I work and can not afford to take a half day for a doctors visit. (45 minutes there, 45 back and an hour at the office) The staff seemed nice, they gave me back my office visit fee and offered to reschedule, but I am not going to wait another 7 weeks and they could not guarantee it would not be a repeat performance. They would not refund the labs nor offer to provide them, currently disputing charges. Sent a message to the doctor via the portal, crickets. She gave me info on medications that I'd never been told by any other doctor. She was quite thorough getting all my history and made me feel I had found a doctor I could rely upon! Now that we have an Urgent Care Hospital right here between Flowery Branch and 211 on ( Friendship)…read morejust past Kroger- me and the kids are needing to see the ER. Bad for us, but good because they are 3 miles away from the house. I think you get better homeowners insurance if you ask! Great staff at both locations. I've been for several issues this past year and if it was too much for urgent care- they immediately get you over to the ER and send the paperwork with you. You have the normal forms but since I'm in the NG.NEG Hospital system, paperwork was quick. ER staff is kind, soft touch as are the doctors. Clean- since its all new, but all staff at both locations are caring, get you in and out, and don't look like they don't want to be there. The Doc I saw here today 1/26 was a specialist and got me in and out with the right diagnosis and on my way to pain free!! Glad to have one nearby.

She moved offices and it's a little further but worth the drive.
