The husband was in the orange building and the wife was having surgery in the main hospital. I must say this hospital is gorgeous. The glass windows and atrium really make the building. First we had to register for surgery in a small office to the left of the front desk in the lobby. We then were instructed to go to the second floor. The surgery center is conveniently located on that floor. To the right of the elevators is another check in desk. The wait time was minimal even though there were a ton of people waiting. I later realized it was family members supporting their patient. From the time we got there to the time we went to the patient's room after the surgery we were met with nothing but kindness and friendly faces. The entire staff gave an air that they love their jobs. I was impressed that they had a harp player in the lobby. This was much needed for those that are worrying about their loved ones. I also appreciated the free golf cart shuttle between buildings. The campus is pretty big. It was extremely hot and who wants to move their car when it isn't needed. The golf cart driver was really cool and friendly. Excellent service here at this hospital.

And as far as the other stuff it was great like they had a Coke Freestyle thing and three cafe's one even having a Chick-fil-A and Starbucks. The only reason to not give a five star review is because only two people in the ICU at a time, but overall good experience.

What a great staff. Never like getting these anyway but they made me feel comfortable and at home and I was able to cut up with them a bit as a prep me for the procedure well keeping the office safe during the pandemic with limited patients having exposure around each other. Arrived an hour early and filled out the paperwork I got called in a little early to meet with the anesthesiologist and will review the protocols and procedures. Excellent staff made me feel comfortable and I never was excited or stressed but what was about to come. I always love it when the anesthesiologist says you can count back from 100 and you really don't even make 99 so I was happy to wake up after the procedure only taking 20 minutes to complete and another 15 minutes for the anesthesia to wear off so I could leave. My son waited in the car as all other drivers or people waiting were forced to do to keep the lobby area clear of crowds. We were right next to Zaxby's so he simply grabbed a bite to eat waited in the car and I was out in short time and on the way home. I had no uncomfortable experiences and waited in till the next day to eat a pretty good meal because I was starving! I haven't got the bill yet but regardless this was a great staff great location very clean very happy with their service. Highly recommend!

All went well. The Doctor and the staff were caring and professional. I would recommend Atlanta…read moreGastroenterologists to everyone.

I was, am, in such a dark, deep depression and she was set on belittling me and hammering me with questions quickly so she could meet her 45 min pt/Dr schedule. she exhibited no intention of mentioning the past few years of my life. she was only interested in my past history looking for a quick fix. her dr notes did not mention my past 5 years of shoulder replacements, sciatica, disc problems, back pain injections, and finally spinal fusion- plus a very long rehab from all the procedure, yet she mentioned my use of controlled substances. she stated I was a "poor historian ". I would love to skillfully, quickly question her about her past experiences and just when she felt "depressed". she was cold, harsh- i can picture her in a uniform- not a MD jacket. she called in prescriptions that cost 700.00 to 1000.00 a month costing me many days of phone calls to receive a affordable option. this also cost me several days of no treatment. this is not a caring mental health center. the mental health crisis call has not yet met this facility. money is their business- not the compassion of individuals in need of help. my depression lingers daily- I will keep you up to date about the continuation of this institution. this I am sure will be quite a saga without a good outcome.
