He also called when he was on the way to let me know what time to expect him. He came out the same day for my emergency and spent the whole day fixing the problem. He was honest, forthright, and very easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and came up with ideas to fix the problem so that it wouldn't be a recurring issue. He was also up front about the cost and told me exactly what he was doing. I like strong communication when I am having work done at my house and Kolton provided that. I also like when people show up when they say they will and fix things properly. He did an excellent job and I will be saving the company number in my phone for future repairs.
