It had become very hard to fully open and lock was hard to engage. Decided it was time to call for service, and called Emerson at about 5:00 P.M. His response was he could be at my house between 6:00 and 7:00 P.M. that day to give me an estimate. He arrived about 7:00 P.M. After reviewing my door issues he gave an estimate that we felt was fair, which covered new rollers, cleaning track and lock. He also said he could do it right then.
