Gaslight much? I have to take it back because they didn't clip the bumper in properly either. Not sure what else is under the bumper that is not fixed but I'll be taking it to a different body shop to check. Not a good look.

Ryan properly set my expectations, I.e. the price could possibly be more due to hidden damage. My vehicle ended up being totaled by my insurance. I brought my truck in for some work and in the process they lost a part for my door. They said the…read morepart was there but when I got it back I found they DID NOT hook up the fob sensor for the drivers door and when I look at the door the cover for the screw inside the door handle was missing. They fixed the fob sensor and said they would order the part, month or so later they did not call back so i called them and was told they can't get the part so to bad so sad. I always thought these guys were great to and have recommended them to others in the past but I see I was wrong.

First, the cost: The insurance company estimate was crazy low, and I expected to somehow get hit with a bill for overages alongside my super high deductible. Jody and the team revised the estimate to make sure every single thing was it in line and processed it though Geico with absolutely no push back. They even saved me money. Timing: a majority of my work was PDR and glass so while they had a ton of work going on from the several hail storms this summer, they fit me in within the next week. AND they met me to pick up the car, AND they stayed at the shop until 10 pm on a Saturday to wait for me when I came back late from the airport. I've used around 5 bodyshops in the past (welcome to hail season in South Dakota). I know that these guys will be the only shop I use from now on!
