Our car was trapped inside of the garage, door was closed. I was concerned about being able to keep a medical appointment for the following day. Spoke with a very nice woman on the phone, and she quickly scheduled our repair for later the same morning. Within the hour of placing our call, the service technicians arrived. The two service tech's had the necessary parts on the truck, made a quick repair, replacing both springs on our door. Gave me 2 options--bend it back at no charge or bend it back and do the $150 maintenance and inspection of the whole system. Felt I owed the 15 year + garage door and 30 year + opener an overall check and lubrication. Indicated that the 15 year old main springs that are encased in metal on this door would likely be the next thing needing replacement but said that could be as soon as tomorrow or many, many years down the road. Told me what signs of spring failure to watch for. And then quoted my a price for parts and service that was 1/2 what I paid a "brand name" garage door servicer at another GJ property 2 years ago. Mesa Door Systems was thorough, responsive, and not interested in selling me more than I needed or charging me as much as they could get. I was so happy I called them this go round. I will use them for every garage door need in the future.

I contacted Chamberlain first and learned that our belts and pulleys were still under warranty so they would send out replacements but my husband was reluctant to attempt the repair. Set up a service appointment and they were not only able to come out quickly - they also did not charge a trip fee - a true rarity from living in a rural place where everyone charges one. Repairs were made and doors adjusted and made to operate quietly like new. They're now supposed to return to do some work on our barn garage doors and I expect the same level of professionalism and excellent service. Long story short is that if you are on the Western Slope, and especially if you're in Paonia or Hotchkiss, do yourself a favor and call Delta Doors and Moore...you won't regret it!

There is no communication to when they are coming out to do a site visit. Then they will cancel your scheduled install and not tell you. At this point when you call Jake, the owner, to find out why, he will avoid your calls and emails, then finally yell at you, the paying Customers, for not having everything painted and finished but at the same time needs the drywall cut back to the studs to mount their garage doors (see picture). Beware, they do not do this part of the job themselves. Then Jake will tell you they will void the warranty if you have drywallers or painters come back in to fix/touchup the mess around the garage doors. Jessica, also a owner, has a little better communication. She's informed me they are short staffed right now and don't have the employees to do all the jobs they've taken on. I wonder where their employees went... Don't worry though, she's assured me they know what they are doing and have the same high-end product and way of doing things to match the high-end houses they are take on. Buyers beware, from someone who is in the business of building high-end homes with finished garages their product and service doesn't even meet the lowest of standards. The only thing "High-End" are their prices.
