I really had no idea what to buy, and he was very helpful in sorting through the different choices to find exactly the right thing (there are hundreds of models specialized for different purposes). He's incredibly responsive, too - I would fire off an email, and he'd be back to me quickly, even on weekends. He came by the house and we hauled the safe downstairs (saving me half of the delivery fee since I was willing to provide some effort). I just received the Little Brother Stanley ASSSA Hybrid Padlock and the bolt cutter proof 10mm Little Brother Chain. Even though this is a custom made to order deal, I had them in a very short time! Talk about an impressive combination! If someone wants my cargo trailer bad enough to get through this stuff, then they want it worse than me! Recently I moved into a new home with 7 entry locks both dead bolt and lever. I was able to rekey all of the locks. However I needed help on one little self inflicted SNAFU. I forgot to use the follower on my first lock.
