I called to inquire about whole house carpet cleaning and got a same day appointment for an inspection. While I wasn't planning on doing carpet repair, there were some areas needed so I went ahead. They did a very good job on both the carpet cleaning and repairs. I had a late appointment but they were prompt and worked diligently. They also charge the cleaning by the room instead of sq. feet. I even had them seal and polish the granite counter tops that I never seem to get around to maintaining while they were here. I always have the intention of sealing them but there always seems to be something else that makes me forget. Honestly it's only been about 6 months but I'm considering having them back cause now I can see the mud the dogs are tracking in. I can't believe I waited so long to begin with. Bottom line: Ed exceeded my expectations from his on time arrival to the detail and professional work he did. Totally recommend this company. He knows what he is doing.

The hardwood flooring included the kitchen, dining room, and hallway, which are part of the open floor plan. They explained the process before proceeding: The first phase was replacing the water damaged wood planks in the kitchen followed by removal of the "shoes", which are the parts connected to the floor board. They then sanded the entire wood flooring then cleaned up the residual wood dust. They then applied our custom wood stain. They returned the following day to apply the first two coats of polyurethane. Due to this being Friday, no service on weekends, they returned Monday to apply the final coat of poly. They explained we could walk on the floors, hard bottom shoes only ( no high heels) and we could also return our appliances to the kitchen. ( a dolly was required). Overall, customer service was excellent, the "floor" guys were conscientious and deliberate, taking care in the quality of their work. It is recommended to re-do hardwood floors every 10 years. I will be calling them again in 10 years, or earlier if tragedy strikes again.

I think they are just trying to run fast and get jobs done quick without taking time for the quality work that you are expecting with what you are paying. My floors do look wonderful though!

I also felt that Dave was very knowledgeable in recommending colors and what would best suite our home. That being said, the end result of the work done left me way less than satisfied. They installed and refinished hardwood floors in our new home and a ton of scratch marks were left all over the place. When I asked about the scratches I was told they were normal and unavoidable, but I've never seen anything like this and from what I've heard from others it's definitely not normal or unavoidable. In addition, I found stain splattered on our wall and a big splotch of it on the floor. Finally, when they installed the base shoe after they were done, it was left chipped on the ends and honestly looks pretty unprofessional. This was a huge expense for our family and I am really disappointed that it didn't turn out better.

The house was built in 1954-55. Prior to our purchase of the house, it had received a new roof, new triple pane double hung windows, some electrical work and a bathroom remodel, due to old plumbing issues. That remodel left the 1954-55 era bathtub in place, with a couple of gnarly, rusting gashes in it's original finish. When I saw the sad looking tub in the newly refreshed bathroom, I was unhappy. We started researching refinishing companies, deciding on All America Fine Finishes. When Ken and his assistant worked their magic on our tub, it was PERFECT! The tub looked brand new! It GLEAMED! It has been over 4 years since the work was done and the tub still gleams. I thought that very thing when I was giving the tub its cleaning the other day, thinking then, I should write this review. AND, another thought to add...Ken is a caulking magician!! I would love to learn how to lay down a line of caulking as seamless and smooth as this man can do!! AWESOME!
