I am pleased to report that Kenny's Tile & Flooring just completed refinishing the entire first floor of my house. The work, completed by Jose Godoy, was accomplished in what I consider to be record time and, more importantly, in well above standard quality finish. I finally have a floor I am proud to display! In addition, Jose Godoy and his partner displayed a level of personal professionalism and conduct not often encountered in the profession. Now if only people wrote GOOD reviews in detail other than the bad ones. I have never been so HAPPY with my work at Kenny's Tile. I went through them in my home renovations. All started with the first phone call. I called to schedule an appointment and Abby the receptionist got me in within the week! My estimator Mark came out and answered all my questions promptly. He gave me an estimate within a week and it was VERY VERY VERY reasonable. The men came out I'd say around a a week or two. The men completed my tile work and hardwood floors! NEVER BEEN HAPPIER! Kenny's Tile just completed work for us on our master bath. We cannot say enough good things about this experience. Mark Perschau and his crew were prompt, courteous and took care to protect my flooring and furniture while the work was being completed. The tile work in our shower and on the floors turned out beautiful. When we decided to add on to the job they worked us into their schedule without any complaints. The granite crew who did our vanity also did a great job. We appreciate the fact that they answered all our questions and helped to guide us in the right direction. This is our second major project with Kenny's Tile and we have been very satisfied with the end result in both projects. Anytime you embark on a project the scope of these two some hiccups should be expected. The test of a great contractor is how they handle these hiccups. My floors look fantastic. This is the third time I have used Kenny's Tile to install hard wood floors in a home I owned. Work was started on Monday and completed by Friday. They also replaced the linoleum in my laundry room with tile. I cannot believe what a difference it makes. I cannot say enough good things about Kenny's Tile and Jeff Seibert. I would recommend both company and individual. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process easy. The workers were great as well. There are not enough accolades to express the outstanding performance Kenny's tile executed on my flooring project. I replaced all the carpet on my second story with hardwoods. The stain corresponded perfectly with the existing hardwoods on my main level. The workmanship was flawless. All the crews from the hardwood and spindle installers to the trim workers were exemplary. We recently removed carpet in our dining room and replaced it with a stone tile. We also framed and tiled two columns and a wall also in the dining room. Kenny's professionals had to frame the columns prior to placing the stone tile. It was a great experience and the dining room looks wonderful. The professional that did the work were careful so not to damage surrounding walls and paint and when finished, they cleaned up after themselves and hauled off all the trash from the job. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time. read more

Kenny's Tile worked magic with out hardwood floors. One half of our living space was a different wood from the other. A small tiled foyer had to be removed. They perfectly worked in the new wood with the old. Josh Zumwalt worked with us to get these beautiful floors. He had a real sense of how the floors would look like when finished. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Stay away from them. They sold our "reserved" slabs, then wanted to turn around and sell us more expensive slabs. Management and owners would not discuss their mistakes(would not answer phone calls or emails) and the people at the front desk would block you when you tried to get in touch with them,. kennys get a great job on our new farmhouse, they installed a stone veneer shower, installed granite tops and a new fireplace hearth that is unbelievable, we had them install hardwood on the walls and ceilings, then they had these amish guys in and handscraped the entire wood floors, we spent a ton of money there prices and quality were worth every penny, milton read more

Would recommend working with Zeb, who handled a basement hallway/bedroom tiling project for us. He was very responsive, maintaining communication throughout the project with email/phone calls. The project was nicely finished to our satisfaction, and we are in the early stage of working with him again to change out some kitchen granite counters. read more
