Like any car dealership they don't let you talk to the 'finance guys', the salesperson has to be the messenger. So we had some communication difficulties between what info they needed from me on my current car, it would have just been simpler for him to come tell me what he needed rather than play telephone. They low-balled me on my trade-in by 30% based on KBB value, but that's their business so I don't hold this against them. My only experience was with Vanessa, and she did great. There was one detail that irritated me; final offer they gave me was $15,000, I countered with $13,000. They came back with $14,900, wow. I understand it's a negotiation, but that's an insult. Instead of insulting me with a $100 price decrease, just tell me you can't come down from that price.

They wait forever to send the payoff to your trade in so after a month it'll still show on your credit report. They do not even file the registration when you buy. Our temporary registration from them is EXPIRING (a whole month since buying) now and they never even STARTED the paperwork to transfer the registration. We go to the clerk and they say NOTHING HAS BEEN FILED. Mind you they sold us a truck that had just been traded in and wasn't in the system yet. The speakers are all messed up. The passenger handle doesn't even work. They ordered wrong parts and delayed it even further we bought the truck May 12th here it is about 45 days later and we still have had nothing fixed and can't even register due to them not filing anything in appropriate timing. Credit file still shows our traded in. Not good. DO BETTER VADEN. Please listen to the bad reviews of this place they take up all your time and money for a bunch of crap. Albert is a great sales man other than that the finance guys a jerk and the mechanics team obviously doesn't know what they are doing. This truck shouldn't have been allowed to be sold with things needed repairs. Better to drive to Savannah to deal with real dealerships. Complete fail.
