They're scammers. Please be aware of the Facebook and google reviews they delete the REAL ones. They deleted mines. I was in a fender bender 10/2021. Brought my car to Hernandez 11/03 and did NOT GET MY CAR BACK UNTIL 1/14/2022 because they did so much unauthorized work. I even had to get the police involved and they LIED to office Harmond about what work was approved. My insurance company NEVER gave them authorization for fixing my headlight because NOTHING was wrong with it! It was a brand new car ! I have pictures the morning I gave the my car and that headlight was shining bright like a diamond. They berated me and threatened if I didn't let them do the work they wanted to do they will give me my car back but not in the condition it was given to me. Also told me I literally drove my car to them. Also told me if I did not take my reviews down they would not give me my car EVEN THOUGH THEYVE ALREADY BEEN PAID. I even took them to small claims because I ended up paying over 1000+ to get my car back when I was only supposed to pay a $250 deductible.They have an arbitration contract and ANY business that has that is proven to be SHADY here's my proof read more

This shop was very difficult to work with. The lady Chris has a horrible attitude makes you not even want to deal with her. Only reason my car was able to get returned to me was because of Regina. She's probably the only one who helped me out. The other female was worthless. She was saying that if the insurance didn't pay I was supposed too and in a very aggressive way. From the start things went off great, but the more I got to working with the woman who owns the place more histrionic she became. It came down to the point where I had to actually pick out my own paint color. The work they did was good as far as taking out the dents, but the drama is not worth it . And I ended up with a color that's just a little off. The owner has a problem with never being wrong. And personality is very abrasive. I would have to not recommend this collision center. We needed out truck fixed in a weekend. Just cosmetic work so we didn't think it would be hard to find a place. Boy were we wrong! We called multiple places and they were all incredibly rude. Then I called Hernadez, and was completely blown away with the friendly phone service. Once we took our truck in they were able to get it done the next day, at a much lower cost than any other place quoted. Great service, great cost, great work. What else could you want? read more

I was overwhelmed after my son had a car accident and the other driver was at fault. I took the car to Hernandez and that was the end of my worries. They took care of everything and treated me like they were working for me. I left my car with them and less than a week later i received a check from the insurance for my damages. My wife got a 2016 Ford Fusion a week before Christmas. The Monday after New Years, she ran over a raccoon or a hog on the way to work, tore the front bumper up pretty good. With it being a brand new car (less than 800 miles), we didn't want a repair that was simply good enough. We wanted 'like new'. After a couple rounds with the insurance company, the car came back to us, like it had never happened. Paint and repair is perfect, The wife is very happy, and as everyone knows, if wifey aint happy, nobodies happy. I would recommend Hernandez Hinesville to anyone that asks. Kris, Regena and the guys in the shop know what they're doing, and go out of their way to make the customer feel as relaxed as they can throughout the entire process. From the first phone call, to the rental, dealing with insurance, to parts, to completion of the repair. Don't bother calling any other body shops in town, just go here and be done with it. read more
