I had a flat tire on the highway heading out of town and Ken's Auto Tow came to the rescue. My roadside assistance told me it would be up to 2hrs or more wait. Don't want to get rip-off & or getting scammed? Call other places- need my car tow- at first it is missing one 1rim & 1tire- the lady said it will require equipment and told us $150 - we were able to get a wheel and tire on- the guy just use a block underneath the car, took him less than than 30sec- she couldn't go down the price and charge us double. Terrible dishonest people they stole the tools out of my trunk and because I pulled around they lied and said they did not have them rather than give them back I didn't read the small little signs that says Once you pull around they get to keep your stuff they're dishonest have no integrity and just don't do the right thing. DO NOT get your car towed to this lot if you don't want the things in your car thrown around and half of it stolen or missing. All papers were pulled out of the console and stepped into the floor boards. Tag was also taken off the car. They denied everything and said it had to have came like that. read more

I called because my truck had a flat tire today on 135 south. They had a flat bed tow truck arrive in about 30 minutes. The driver (sorry did not catch his name) quickly and expertly lifted up the truck onto the flat bed. He was very friendly and we chatted all the way to Bosley tires. I paid with a credit card. He unloaded my truck and returned my keys and gave me a receipt. He also gave me a tip on how to recover the costs through my insurance company! read more

On January 3rd this company got dispatched out to us knowing he had to have a special equipment to do the tow we was stuck in the middle of the road reversing out of the driveway when our front lower ball joint busted the tow truck driver arrived after 2 and half hours of waiting my husband told the driver that the ball joint was busted right after my tells him that he hooks up the truck from the back with chains and started dragging the truck causing damages to our truck i told the driver excuse me but my husband just told you that the ball joint is busted so why are you hooking it up from the back and dragging it the front can't roll the guy got mad and said i going turn around okay so he goes around gets out and grabs a jack trying to stick it under our truck and starts making loud noise with the jack all mad he then gets a call he then grabs the jack and whatever else he had and told my husband fuck this shit and left us there. I filed a claim to have it denied because KEN'S AUTO TOW are saying they never touched the truck or did service service was cancelled just an advice if your dealing with tow companies for your protection of your property video record everything from the beginning to the end.
