I was immediately impressed with the friendly and professional staff. The waiting room was spotless with plenty of auto magazines to keep me occupied during my wait. I met Zach and Mike, the automotive technicians and had an opportunity to ask questions and get their expert advice on my SUV service. Mike noted that one of my front wiper blades was worn out and the set needed to be replaced. Great catch just in time for the winder weather! Mike even took a picure of the worn wiper blade for my service paperwork, above and beyond what the 'big' dealerships do. Brendan (owner) and the entire Avery team was great, the technicians answered all of questions and the billing charge was very reasonable.
