A couple of months ago someone texting and driving drove right into the side of my pickup. I honestly thought it was going to be a lost cause due to the damages. My good neighbor had recently had their vehicle repaired there and I was so impressed with the quality I picked this shop for the repairs. I wasn't disappointed, because although I had to wait about a month to get it in the shop because they were very busy, the truck looks brand new again. They went above and beyond my expectations and although I didn't have to pay for the repairs, so I don't know anything about the cost I can confidently recommend this shop. AJ and the team at Ken's are AMAZING. I rolled my vehicle on black ice a few days ago - 9 hours from home & 13 hours from my family that my little boy and I were going to visit, and AJ especially went above and beyond to help me out, give me advice, and work with me on the issue. He spoke to me fairly, honestly, and "like he would someone he's known personally for a long time", which was exactly what I needed in one of the most traumatic experiences of my life... I am so thankful to have had the luck to make contact with such an amazing, compassionate, considerate, one of a kind person... Had a nasty accident a few months ago, I'm not from the area, I'm from the Bay Area and I have to say it was pretty harsh to have that accident so far away from what I knew. The installation and paint match were flawless, and they even did a complete interior and exterior cleaning of the vehicle prior to my picking it up. November 10, 2018 I hit a Deer on a drive from Klamath to Bend Oregon, (1st time in 74 years hitting an animal) Took vehicle to Ked's and AJ Halda did estimate. I scraped up my brand new car on a post in front of the Dutch Bros the other day and I was so angry with myself! I called Ken's Body and Paint and made an appointment for this morning. I brought my car in and they asked me to leave it for a couple hours, and only an hour passed and it was ready to go! I went to pick it up and the car looked perfect once again and the guys had even washed it for me! And best of all, they didn't charge me anything for the job they did -- they just asked that I bring my car in when I really need their help and to also tell all my friends about them, which I will do, and writing reviews is a great thing to do for businesses these days too.
