When I said I didnt want to only wound them he pulled out half a playing card and bragged he shot it in half at some nonsense distance. Then proceeded to insult me by implying my reluctance of the round was due to my lack of proficiency with a rifle as he turned back to his previous conversation and said "sorry about that. At 8:05 6 people on the tee box. Clearly some geriatric boys club booking all the Sunday tee times so that no one else can play. My grandpa and I could have teed off at 7:45 and been on hole 3 by the time the first 4some made it to 1st green. Truly absurd and me nor my grandpa who lives 3 miles away will ever be back.

There are lots of outdoor activities - a ball field, horseback riding, archery range, a pool, etc. There is an indoor dining hall (that IS air conditioned), and the kids all say the food is really good (or are they just really hungry?). I met each of my kids' camp leaders (mostly college-age kids, and some a bit younger), and they were good and seemed to know what to do.

Scammer of Trusting kid - AVOID…read more Today, my wife and I were a couple doors down getting pizza, and my son who had a good experience with a new hire the day before, had unfortunate experience with regular staff. She showed him cards in dim light and changed the price up from marked price and when he was in daylight two doors down he saw he'd been scammed with a damaged card that was not priced based on actual condition or price on that was on it. I walked back to shop with my son and she said no exchange, no refunds, she can change the price and sell known damaged cards and 11 yr old needs to learn his lesson to not be so trusting! I was shocked! I told her that this terrible customer service would cost her way more than the cost of that card profit with a bad review. She did not care at all. - "NO REFUNDS'" Take your kids elsewhere, when in town, unfortunately.
