Their attitude to after-sale service customers is very defensive & confrontational when asked about charges. The quality of their service is pretty good, but you can count on at least a week wait. Ordered common parts take a long time to arrive. Basic service includes unnecessary parts such as new plugs after 45 hours run time.

It doesn't say that in the receipt and anyone knows that was unfit to use is a raises garden bed. This soil could've only been used for fill dirt in construction. We actually had to just dump out the dirt somewhere that accept fill and go buy it elsewhere. Point is: they do not care about the product and just want a sale. They knew it was wrong to sell it to me for what I explained it was going to be used for and then refused a return in less than an hour after receiving the product. Very disappointing as we like to support local. Do not go here.
